Came here to pick up two door dash orders at 9:30, I had accepted the orders seconds before pulling into the parking lot. The lobby presumably looked closed, checked both doors, and they're both locked. No employees to be seen, I can clearly see the doordash orders sitting on the counter. however a very angry woman yelled at me from her car, "can I help you" I explained I was picking up a order and asked if she worked here she shouts at me "no but I'm picking up someone who does and they close at 9:30 now" I gestured to the front doors that list 10pm as the closing time, she continues to yell and slam her door. After returning to my car I see the employee inside doing trash and ignoring me completely. Definitely spooked me and I'd encourage the employee to handle customers themselves rather than have their gf scream at them

Man worst subway ever went in spent 48 bucks on a 12 in subway club and a 12 bLt and I asked her how 24.99 off the menu ended up 48 and she just ignored me and then I said salt pepper oil vinegar and she literally put almost a full inch of salt and peper literally tasted nothing but salt and pepper when I asked for my money back and her to keep the sandwich and she flipped out said that’s not happening forced us to take them would not refund us and literally tried so hard to eat it but it was absolutely not edible completely taste like eating straight salt and pepper nothing else

42nd Woodstock Safeway Subway-Out of meatballs? At dinnertime in Wednesday's?? Seriously.After we waited 15 min before being served WITH NO ONE ELSE INFRONT OF US or in the entire place for that matter.So we drove to 52nd and Foster. Great service, fresh tasty food, or her customers in line, 1 guy working- and still a quick and amazing service.Thank you 52nd& foster! Never again Woodstock location-Never!

Haven’t been here in over a year. They recently remodeled and everything looks clean and crisp. The sandwiches were yummy and tightly wrapped, so much less messy! I appreciated that. The coupon drew me in and I’ll start coming here more often.

On Sunday I went to this subway and the guy made me smile with the way he welcomed me. I did have to wait so I could place my order since I was the only one there. I hope you can have more workers to help you and who have a personality and interest in providing good customer service. I do recommend that you go to this place but keep in mind that you don't go super hungry because your wait may be long.
