Go to any other Subway close by because the lady who works in here loves to underportion. I ordered a Titan Turkey with extra turkey and it was supposed to come with 24 slices according to Subway, and she only gave me 11 slices. If I’m paying for more turkey, give me the turkey I paid for. Stop acting like it comes out of your paycheck. It’s $5 more at this location for almost every sandwich because of their greedy management.

Nice newer restaurant, definitely nicer then a lot of subways I've been to but they don't follow orders and don't make them how they have asked. Gotten subs not toasted, like asked and not made to how it was asked, asked for certain ingredients but not made how it was asked so if you double check and constantly watch them you SHOULD get your order how you asked but you have to watch them like a hawk to hope they ACTUALLY make it correctly

Today I purchased a foot long club sub. You know, the ones that used to be $5. But it was $15.99! For a foot long sub with no extras on it. Chips and a drink would have been almost $5 more! That’s over $20 for a lunch at Subway!
I will never go to another Subway.
For this money I would rather go to a real restaurant.
So long Subway! You have priced yourself out of the casual dining market.

Seems like the employees get to close or open whenever they want. Went today at 4:30, sign on, employee outside, “waiting for a key”. Times I’ve been before, toppings were slim, condiments were slim, service was slim. Today was the last straw. Get this joint out of Hillsdale, go to the Barbur location—home girl hooks it up.

I ordered a sandwich for lunch and arrived at the store before it was done. While patiently waiting for my food, the lady behind the counter yelled at me and the person I was getting lunch with multiple times for various reasons, such as standing too far on one side of the store. We where then falsely accused of stealing and after we provided evidence that we didn’t, we where ignored. On top of this dreadful service, over half of the ingredients from my sandwich where missing. Awful experience, and undoubtedly the worst subway I have ever been to.
Not only did the staff fail to add half of the ingredients I requested, but they were extremely rude and disrespected my friends and I several times. I have never had such a terrible experience in customer service before. I do not know why the staff decided to attack their unproblematic customers. If you are the owner of this restaurant I highly recommend you take action for your businesses sake.
