Nikki rocks she is so up eat and courteous when we go in there which we do about once a week every time she's been on point. Good service, good food. Good time. You guys did a really good job by hiring her

Took 40 minutes to get a sandwich that I ordered online. They helped people that walked in after me. I've been coming here since they opened and I haven't had one good experience here.

I went in today to get 2 sandwiches. I have been going to this subway every other day for 2 weeks. This is the first time I had Edwin helping me. Which he didn't do! I waited patiently in line for 30 minutes just to be told that it would take another 30-45 minutes before he would be able to even start my sandwich. Now mind you, I was the only customer in the store. He had 2 people there waiting for over 45 min for an online order that said it was ready only for them to show up and wait another 30 or so minutes to get their food. Edwin was rude and not professional. I get that it's subway but I've NEVER had this terrible of an experience there. I ended up leaving after 45 minutes of waiting in line.
Generally every employee that I've met there was nice even when slammed with business.
45 minute wait for a subway sandwich is crazy! I’ve seen 4 people walk out while I was in line. And there is a line of 6 people and only 1 worker. Subway should just close this place down

They didn’t have any macadamia nut cookies. Thats the reason I came by. I saw this place while driving by. They had few chocolate chip. Friendly people.

Do not go to the drive thru even if the drive thru open light is on. You will not get service. I have a child in a wheelchair and wanted to order in the drive thru. 3 different female employees watched me and other cars in the drive thru line and ignored us. I drove up to the window figuring maybe they were busy and short staffed and was hoping to ask if they had soup so I wouldn’t have to get the wheelchair out and go in for nothing but the employees looked at me in the drive thru window then hid behind the wall to avoid service. So I parked the wheelchair van and had to unload my daughter in her wheelchair to go inside and ask if they were serving soup. The 3 female employees acted as though they were annoyed that I came inside. There were 3 customers inside waiting in line. So I quickly asked if subway was serving soup at this time. One employee finally acknowledged me and said no. If your establishment does not want to serve people in the drive thru line then don’t turn the light on and put a closed sign on the drive thru line so me and countless other customers aren’t in the drive thru line waiting for nothing. I’ve been to this subway before and the guy who works at night is great, I can’t say the same for the day staff.

This Subway sucks. Ordered online and only received one of the two sandwiches we ordered. The one we got was also wrong and a complete mess.

Always painfully slow wait to get a sandwich. They seem vastly understaffed. Drive thru had no response. Is the drive thru even open?

Upon arrival, to pick up my order placed online, I was told that “there is no bread” to make sandwiches, maybe I’d like to go to another store for my order. I asked how will they reimburse the credit card I used for this order, so that I could order elsewhere and was told they didn’t know how to do that. They then said that they had “day old” wheat bread that they could use. I said okay. When I unpacked the order at home, I found that the sandwich was burnt. I don’t know why I was given this. Absolutely NO quality control at this store. As others have mentioned in their reviews, STAY AWAY from this store. When I returned to the store, I was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half before they’d be able to replace my order. I asked for a refund and was told because I had placed and paid online I’d need to go online for a refund. Because the receipt was taped to the sack, the restaurant number was unreadable, so I couldn’t request a refund. I’m NEVER ordering from them again!

Dude told me to request a refund, waited over 30 min for my online order that said was ready and got there for there to be no order and just be told to request a refund. This location is a complete joke, workers also touching and play with their hair while using the same glove used to prep orders.

They had no bread and had no way to give me my money back since I ordered it on the app. The guy at the store said to go to the other subway up 122nd and said they would make my order. I get there and they said that's not what they are supposed to do but because of my situation they decided to help me.
How does a sandwich shop run out of bread and then stay open accepting orders. Just close the store I wasn't the only one put in this situation.
I'm now scared to order online here anymore cuz there is no way to call them since the number just calls their headquarters number so I can't even double check if they have bread
