I ordered through the Subway app and picked up in store. I was greeted with a hello right as I entered! I turned out they were out of the footlong churros, but the man who helped me had no problem issuing a refund for it.These were probably the most picturesque sandwiches I've ever gotten from Subway!We will absolutely order from here again!

I have an issue with these guys cuz they rudely cancelled my order even though their store was open on Postmates. I feel like that is unprofessional and if they aren't accepting orders then they should turn off their store and honor any orders that go through.

I have been to this subway a few times recently and thier sandwiches are so good they got me coming back to subway after a long break( I used to work at subway a long time ago) but there new menu is awesome. It is a bit of a wait to get served because the guy working evenings has been a one man show and does an excellent job of serving folks in order squeezing in his online orders and working as quickly as possible but also making the food correctly. I also noticed that he always washes his hands after dealing with the cash register. HE DESERVES A RAISE FOR SURE, and in my opinion should be a manager if he isn't already.

The staff is always overwhelmed. They still make a good sandwich but they are short handed for this location. Expect a long wait. And they don’t prep the meatballs, only reheat and sometimes still frozen.

Both times, my sandwiches came out perfectly. One time, they were slammed with a bunch of customers, but they handled it great. They look overworked, so make sure to leave a tip.

I’ve gone here a few times in person, the staff always looked miserable. No one greets you as you walk in, & not a word when you leave. Staff will look at you then act like you don’t exist & carry on a conversation to each other. When I do order online, my sandwich ALWAYS comes out sloppy & I would never receive my beverage that I’ve ordered along with it. It’s a little frustrating because this location is the closest to where I live, but I’d rather go to any other Subway than this one. Compared to other locations, this one has got to be the worst due to the workers. Find better staff.

I went to the drivethru and there isnt even a speaker or light to light the menu. I waited and waited and no one came to the window. Also since there was no service at the drive thru, i decided that i was going to order online. Well there is no online orders since it didnt give me a option to order online at that store. For being a store that just open, they are giving a bad impression. Customers might not come back to this location

Just terrible!! The drive through states that they are open 24 hours. I was there for twenty minutes and no one came to get my order. Funny thing is I could see the staff sitted chatting it up!!! Not coming again!!!

Well i went there to order 3 foot long subs that requires alot of meet and cheese and i had alot of vegetables put on them and then when i went to go pay for the subs which came out to about 50 dollars i tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill but i was told they dont take 100 dollar bills for payment. It would be nice if you guys had a sign that said we dont take 100 dollars bills. So that sub maker just made 3 foot long subs for no reason what a great way to do business.
