So apparently they promote coupons and deals but the people that run the store don't know how to put in the codes? I feel like they should have a little more training because it seems like every time I go in to this location they only know how to slap two pieces of bread together with meat and cheese in the middle and everything else seems to be to complicated... I know children that can handle more complex tasks

I've had diarrhea for two days since I ate there. Totally stupid of me after seeing the mold and filth around the veggie containers. Clean it up or I call the health department!!!

I like this location because it's never very busy and they stay open till 10:00 p.m. . it's in The Pearl district so it's a fairly decent area and you never really have to wait very long in line. The employees that I have met that work there are always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. My only complaint is that the prices have gone up so much. it cost the same price for spicy Italian now as the turkey sandwich costs. they're both almost $12 each now. I feel like I can't even afford to go to Subway very often anymore.

Vegetarian options: you'll find just the usual toppings for Subway sandwich there nothing too fancy.

Parking: it's difficult to find a parking spot here because of all the apartment complexes in other businesses there. they don't have any designated parking area for this location. it makes it difficult to be able to stop to grab a quick bite.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wheelchair accessible and I believe the restrooms are too. that is if they are allowing people to use the restrooms at this location I haven't asked but I know they have them there.

Terrible service, in addition to being super slow, it took them 25 minutes to prepare a sub, despite there being 3 people, and they also don't have a bathroom for customers, which isn't all businesses of this type supposed to have?

There’s a guy that works there (named Josh I’m pretty sure) who works there all the time and clearly doesn’t care at all. Terrible rude service, which I could forgive if he at least made my subway order correctly or well at all, but he doesn’t. He’s just terrible. When I order online for delivery, I order from a subway further away just so this man doesn’t make my order because every time he has, he’s absolute trash. I normally feel bad about being critical in google reviews but this man and subway location deserves it. On top of being rude and terrible at his job, he is also slow. Go to any other subway location if you can manage it or there’s even a chipotle down the street

Don't tip them. I placed a mobile order WITH A TIP and they still messed up my sandwich. They clearly don’t notice/appreciate tips so save your money.

You have to try the chicken and cheese dippers they are fantastic and at $3.00 for 2 6" dippers they are surprisingly filling and delicious ?? definitely worth the trip

After finding the door locked upon arrival a guy came up unlocked the doors, dipped his hands under the water for a split second and asked what he could get for us. My family of 5 wanted to order subway and were refused service. He said it was considered a platter order wanting 5 subs. He swore and was belligerent. I think he under the influence and thinking back on it I don’t want my family eating somewhere where the employees don’t even know how to wash their hands. Avoid this location at all cost!!!

If you use UBER EATS to order from here, BEWARE.I ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 bottle of Coke, 1 bag of chips, and 1 cookie on Uber Eats. I paid over $50. This location was seriously about to send my delivery driver on his way with ONLY ONE SANDWICH. I know this because the delivery driver and I were texting the whole time.This location has, in the past, sent me only 1 out of 3 sandwiches and forgotten drinks, chips, etc. They really don’t give a heck about Uber Eats customers at this location. STAY AWAY!
