It’s a great concept of community building. Tap in . STAY SHARP !
Staff was nice, lobby was clean, but the bathroom was so gnarly that I lost my appetite and didn't even want to eat the sandwich anymore. I know it's downtown portland but DAMN. It's been an hour and the stench is still in my throat. Id leave 5 stars but that bathroom is insane

I put in an order online and when I went to go pick it up in the store, they did not have it ready or in the system, and when I went to go ask About how to get a refund The worker gave me a number I had already called and automatically hung up on me and when asked if I showed proof of payment if they could remake my sandwich, they said no and that I wasn’t able to get a refund through them and essentially to just wait until the charge was cleared from my card. The worker “attempting“ To help me Basically did everything in his power to not help me receive a refund for the sandwich I had placed 30 minutes ago. Overall, very disappointing because usually at night I have no problems. This worker, however, seemed like he either didn’t know what he was talking about or was trying to make light of the situation by offering a story about another customer who went through the same issue. Either way one out of five stars if it was possible to give zero for this interaction, I would.

As decent as subway can be. Good stuff. No bad subs. Not stellar, but a perfect midnight snack.

Best subway in Portland. Or at all period. Worth every dollar deserves 5 stars all day.

The guy who always works here is always really rude to customers. Other than that, it's a Subway.

Great staff and service, but the location is in the middle of downtown Portland, and there is a college campus, which can attract a plethora of interesting individuals.

A cute tiny little college option. The fixings looked nice and ready to go, and the worker there did a good job preparing my wrap, which I got everything thing on XD !!

I went in to purchase a sub after midnight and there was one pakistan/indian guy making a sub for another customer ahead of me so I asked to use the restroom while he was busy with the first customer and he told me I had to purchase a sub first totally ruined my appetite I don’t know what is going in Portland but in Florida where I’m from that’s considered terrible customer service but they do have the right to refuse service and I have the right to take my business elsewhere.

The service is terrible and there’s a guy who’s messed up, makes sandwiches on his own way and so rude with customers as if he’s throwing food what we ordered. No proper communication with customers and no proper food handling.

Ordered out for my wife, our daughter and I. Upon the Postmate drivers arrival he was told they were out of flatbread and “unable” to make two of our sandwiches. When asked if he could just put the ingredients on bread instead he refused and said he would have to charge for two whole new sandwiches. The one out of three sandwiches we did manage to get was horrible.

It’s a subway, the atmosphere is never cute. The workers were very patient and polite. The bread was very stale and extremely difficult to chew, which is surprising as I assumed that since the Italian herbs and cheese is the most popular bread, that it would be freshest. I mean it’s Subway, so my expectations weren’t very high, but after my partner bit into a piece of abnormally squishy chicken, and we stopped eating all together. Stale bread, okay fine. But stale bread AND weirdly squishy chicken? Ew.
