It’s a shame cuz we love Subway and this one is 24/7. But Deaaaamn you literally risk your life eating from this one. It is filthy. Seriously look hard at the sandwich prep counter before you risk it and bring towels and sanitizer for the tables if you gonna sit. Old uncovered ingredients, messy surfaces, utensils sitting in cloudy water. Food smeared on the counters and glass. It’s a freakin nightmare. I go and check periodically to see if it’s improved over the last two years and, No… It’s not better. Avoid avoid avoid unless you’re on some kind of weird diet and you like puking your guts out all night in the shower. This Subway is the grossest most poorly managed Subway I have ever been to. And my kids agree and are perfectly comfortable with me, sharing this, and mentioning them. They mad, disappointed.

The server was extremely disrespectful and did not listen to what I wanted in my sandwich. And I asked for no onions because they make me sick and he still put onions in my sandwich when I wasn’t looking. Also had a bad attitude when I repeated myself for what I wanted in my sandwich because he wasn’t listening. I would’ve given all zero stars if it allowed me to.

Staff was nice, lobby was clean, but the bathroom was so gnarly that I lost my appetite and didn't even want to eat the sandwich anymore. I know it's downtown portland but DAMN. It's been an hour and the stench is still in my throat. Id leave 5 stars but that bathroom is insane

I put in an order online and when I went to go pick it up in the store, they did not have it ready or in the system, and when I went to go ask About how to get a refund The worker gave me a number I had already called and automatically hung up on me and when asked if I showed proof of payment if they could remake my sandwich, they said no and that I wasn’t able to get a refund through them and essentially to just wait until the charge was cleared from my card. The worker “attempting“ To help me Basically did everything in his power to not help me receive a refund for the sandwich I had placed 30 minutes ago. Overall, very disappointing because usually at night I have no problems. This worker, however, seemed like he either didn’t know what he was talking about or was trying to make light of the situation by offering a story about another customer who went through the same issue. Either way one out of five stars if it was possible to give zero for this interaction, I would.
