We have come here dozens of times for years - since before the current owners. It’s nothing fancy but so consistent and delicious. The truck is owned and run by a lovely family, too.

Sushi food car at Hillsdale Food Park. The salmon sushi rolls are small, so they're perfect when you're feeling a little hungry. Comes with wasabi, gari, and chopsticks.
Delicious! Very fun and easy experience with parking! Close to OSHU Waterfront, easy menu, amazing prices, and enjoyable. I will see you next time we come to Portland. Thank you!

This is the BEST sushi for such a great price! Always fresh and perfectly made.
The sushirito was good but the poke was great! I wished the rito was the cubed tuna not the minced. But my only complaint was that I asked for a 2 containers of spicy mayo and they gave me 1 microscopic container. 2 normal ramican sizes was all I needed to make 23$ worth of sushi more worth it in my opinion. Please don't skimp on a side of sauce, it really does make all the difference for some people like my saucy self. Charge if you must but it should be included at that price point.

I would say that this is some of the best sushi I have ever had
Today only 3 stairs for the experience. The food is good but it is pretty rude to don’t warn up front about waiting time. I don’t have so much time on my lunch break to wait more then 30 min for food. I had to cancel my order after 20 min and I left my money and the tip for nothing behind and nobody even offer my money back…. Pretty sad…
