Cozy restaurant and tremendous sushi! We had the Volcano roll and the yellow Tail Torch roll and they were both so good, with the spicy, baked Volcano roll as the winner. The mushroom cigars were delicious and I’m definitely not a mushroom enthusiast.

Definitely make a reservation for Friday and Saturday for peak hours. Parking can be a challenge as well.

This was $50 for the two rolls + appetizer and that’s a fair price for high quality sushi. You’d pay more in Seattle or San Francisco and not get better quality.

Overall the food was good. It just left more to be desired. The aged ahi tuna was okay, a bit too salty for me.

We waited ages for someone to come to the table to even greet us let alone take our order.

The food was very mediocre and the fish didn’t feel very fresh. Definitely better sushi out there in Portland by far!

My favorite sushi place ever! The owners are fantastic and the food is incredible. If you're not sure what you want, the owners are happy to talk to you and figure out what might best suit you. Mark came and sat with my kids to try to figure out what they might like. They absolutely loved the special attention and raved over the food for weeks.

An average sushi experience in my honest opinion. The fact that it's on a pricier side doesn't really help. The service sort of makes up for the foods and the atmosphere is pretty cozy, although tight, which can be perfect for small family night out.

Very good, freshly made sushi! Had a great meal. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, the staff were friendly, everything we ordered was delicious. The grasshopper sushi is a cool novelty, and also tasted quite good.

Dietary restrictions: A lot of gluten free options and they're all marked in the menu for convenience!

Nice atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming. Sushi rolls were fresh and tasty. Price was decent $60 for 3 rolls and 2 nigiri pieces although the amount of fish for the rolls and nigiri were on the smaller side.

The Seaweed Salad was small, but good. The Edamame was satisfyingly salty. The Veggie Sushi platter included seven pieces of sushi, a sweet potato roll, ginger, and wasabi. The menu didn't specify the sushi, but we received pickled daikon, asparagus, tofu, cucumber, avocado, seaweed, and spicy mango. The pieces were somewhat awkward to eat because they were too big for one bite, but I still enjoyed them. However, the smaller sweet potato roll was my favorite. Note: The server said the green menu items were vegan except for the spicy sauce, which contained mayonnaise.

The selection of unique sake is excellent- tried the sparkling peach jelly sake and it was a definite highlight. Great, friendly service. Great food. Very cute atmosphere.

What a cozy, sweet little sushi bar. First time visiting and such a joy. Fresh delicious fish prepared with care and attention. You can really taste the quality of every ingredient, and it's all so visually pleasing. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Small place with fantastic vibes and incredible sushi.

Service is good. Portions are smaller than other sushi places. My friend and I ordered two rolls and sashimi plate and it was quite small. We went next door afterward for pizza and ice cream ?!
