First time customer and I loved Sushi One. Only caveat, this was my first sushi dinner in years so if you're a sushi connoisseur then you'll need to make your own assessment. We ordered these: delicious sake, tasty sashimi appetizer, massive Oregon Coast roll, savory veggie tempura, generous seaweed salad, and standard inari nigiri, miso soup, & green tea. Comfortable seating. Attentive service with helpful suggestions.

This place is such a delight, the woman who owns the establishment clearly really cares about the quality and presentation of her food and she provides fantastic service.The presentation of their dishes is beautiful, and the quality of the dish for its price point is excellent. 10/10 would recommend.
How have I lived in this neighborhood and not been here since the new ownership took over?! Really amazing sushi. The sashimi slices are so thick and fresh - we were literally stuffed with one regular order of sashimi (12 pieces) and 2 unagi nigiri (between two of us) that we couldn't even eat the MASSIVE One Special Roll we also ordered and had to take that one to go. Great sake and beer selections as well. Wonderful, sweet staff and owners as well. We will be back regularly!
Vegetarian options: They have a specific vegetarian section of their menu with plenty of nigiri and roll options.
Kid-friendliness: There were two kids having dinner with family, using a restaurant provided high chair, and the staff was super sweet when the family had to leave early due to one child being a little sh*t.

I have no idea what is going on with my order. There's like half the beef that I normally get and this giant disgusting chunk of butter or fat under the food boxes that got all over the box. I can't call to complain because the phone goes straight to a voicemail.

The sushi here is so good!! Everything we tried was fantastic. We got the Denver, sunshine, and spicy tuna rolls.For Nigri we had salmon, yellow tail, and the seared albacore. It was all fresh and flavorful. The service was great too. Weve ordered from her before but definitely worth dining in!!
