Best Pho restaurant in Portland! We used to come here often when we lived in SE and now we drive 20 minutes to get here after we moved. We've tried other places and this is the best pho we have found. Service is fast, staff is kind and friendly, the place is causal but comfy and the menu is simple but very satisfying. If you like pho this place is a must try!

The bun bo hue was exceptional. Fresh, filling yet not heavy. Chili oil is perfection. We will be back.

Best pho ga in pnw.
Only 3 dishes on the menu, so you KNOW it's good. Also they serve really yummy tea that they were super generous with. It's a great spot.
Bun bo hue ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
- needed more spice for us but they have really good sauces
- my partner liked the meats more than me
Pho ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- like the meat here more but I'm super picky about the fattiness of a meat
- broth is good, it's what you'd expect but no flaws

Teo's spicy Bun Bo Hue hits the spot on a cold rainy day, especially since it rains so much here. They only have a few items on the menu. I've only had their Bun Bo Hue so I can't attest to their other menu items but it's so good that I don't want to order anything else. I wish they would open a little earlier at 9am as I would frequent a lot more often.

This was my favorite restaurant so I don't want to give them anything less than 3 stars. I sure hope the owner reads this and will have a talk with one of her employees because this has happened more than once to us. I don't know his name, but he's one of the servers. As far as I know, there's 2 guys there and it's not the guy with a dimple when he smiles.
The other guy several times in a row has made us feel unwelcome. Never smiles, when he talks to us it felt very flat and empty, like he's the one doing us a favor by serving us. There's definitely attitude involved, and I can say he behaves like this to most of the customers, not just us. Whenever he sits us, he never checks in to see if we need refills of our water or tea. He's so intimidating that we try not to ask for any service even though we'd like more refills of our tea.
Not everyone there gives off this unwelcoming vibe. The girls who are there (including the owner herself) are wonderful.
Speaking of the food, it's delicious and truly one of the best, but ideally we'd like to dine in a happy spirit vs hastily trying to slurp down our food and get the heck out of there because of the bad vibe from the poor service that one of the employee brings.
Don't let my review stop you from giving this place a try. If you are someone who is not too big on getting good service, you'll be fine and also you might be lucky with a better server. This review is just to draw the owner's attention if she happens to read it.

One of the best BBH in the greater Portland area, maybe even in Oregon, outside of your uncle's kitchen.

Restaurants should cooperate with Doordash and Uber eats so customers have more options to order!!!
Had some Teo Bun Bo Hue last night and was disappointed. It was just okay. The broth was way too salty. I could taste the sodium on my tongue a few hours later after eating a bowl. Teo is overrated. They are not consistent. I don't understand how people say it's "the best" in the Portland area. Definitely not worth the $18 per bowl. Would not recommend and won't be returning.
