When there are only three things on the menu... You know they have mastered them. I've been eating BBH all my life and across the country. This isnt necessarily the best of all time, but the broth is definitely the richest flavor, most complex, and left me fully satisfied. I can't even articulate why it isn't number one, but to be fair I can't tell u why it's not either. If you are craving it, this is the place! Better than the other preferred spot in town. Don't pass this up.

This is the number one spot for Bun Bo Hue and Chicken pho in Portland, the flavor and consistency really shows they care about quality.

A Vietnamese friend took me here and said the bun bo hue was the closest he has had to what he tried in Vietnam. It brought back memories of his trip.

I really enjoyed the variety of meats in the BBH. It is definitely for the more adventurous. There is brisket like in pho, but also tendon, congealed blood, and pigs feet, which add richness and depth.

I would definitely come back. They only serve two dishes, pho and BBH, and both are done with care.

The BBH had a slight seafood-like flavor in the broth that made it stand out.

The only drawback was a couple of order mix-ups. We asked for no green onions, but they nearly added them. On another dish, we asked for no cilantro, and they removed both cilantro and onion. They could consider writing down special requests to avoid confusion.

A Must-Try for BBH Lovers!

Tried this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, it’s hands down the best Bún Bò Huế I’ve had in Oregon! From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. The restaurant is clean, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the decor is charming without being over the top.

Service was attentive and thoughtful. The owner even noticed I had a baby with me and kindly offered hot water, such a sweet and considerate gesture! Although there was a mix-up with our order and a small error on the check, the staff handled it with kindness and professionalism, quickly resolving everything without hesitation.

Now onto the BBH and the chicken pho, the food is absolutely delicious! Flavorful broth, generous portion, and it came with a large plate of fresh vegetables, including dried banana blossom (my favorite!). You can really tell they care about the quality and authenticity of the dish.

Highly recommend this spot, a hidden gem and a must-try if you're a fan of BBH!

I can always count on Tèo Bún Bò Huế for a bowl of healthy, delicious, and comfort Phở Gà all year round!

They are still the best place in PDX for Bún Bò Huế và Phở Gà! These are their specialty and they have mastered the recipes.

Clean, nice wall decorations with beloved places in Việt Nam. The display Vespa is Instagram worthy.

If you haven't checked them out, what are you waiting for?

The broth is delicious. If you come during the middle of the day, there's a slightly higher meat to noodle ratio. The café sữa đá is delicious, strong coffee flavor, good mouth feel with the generous condensed milk. I let it dilute a little before I drink it. It takes the edge off of the heat if the noodles are too spicy.

Best pho I’ve ever tried. Been to many pho restaurants in Vietnam, South Korea, California. But this is the best I had so far. I will visit Oregon again to try this pho again. I cry at night missing this place.
