My tea was great but it was a bad experience as a person who is hard of hearing. The employees were very soft spoken. I misheard a question and instead of repeating themselves to fix the miscommunication, I got a response that made me feel like they didn't want me in there anymore. I also didn't hear when they called my name (if they did? Again, I didn't hear) and allowed my drink to just sit on the counter until I looked up to see it waiting for me. I was the only one in the store at the time.
But on the plus side the Elegant Rose Tea is my new obsession, the perfect drink I needed for a lunch break on a super hot day!

I ordered without ice, but the staff gave me a drink with no sugar. When I told them, they gave me a new cup, but it was almost the same as the old one, with just a little ice. I suspect they poured the drink back into the new cup.

Slow service. Very slow. I am not sure why when the place wasnāt packed. There were only a handful of customers at 4pm. Cute little shop and the drinks were okay but not memorable. More than likely I will not go out of my way to come here again.

Barely room temperature, not hot at all. Only nondairy milk is soy milk. Itās 40 deg and raining half the year here, hot drinks need to be hot.
They spent almost 30 minutes to give us our boba (it was only 1), and when we asked one of the girls that attends if they almost had our service she told us that she put it on the service bar but they never told us it was ours, it is good product but we will not come back for this reason. ā¹ļø

yall forgot my grass jelly ??? i also asked for 50% sugar but 0% was printed on the label? not sure if it was just an error on my part or not. otherwise the menu is pretty good, the pearls are very soft and the amount given is also super generous.

I stopped by while they were running a bogo special. The drinks are good, nice flavor and sweetness. I also got the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it's so juicy and flavorful; made fresh to order. I only got the mild, but the peppery taste is so yummy.

Ordered this ābobaā cake milk tea but thereās no boba in the drink and was told that if we want the boba we need to pay extra. Then why it called boba cake milk tea and why thereās boba in the picture of the menu? False advertisement!
