Food here is great! I've been to 3 different T4s and this place probably has the best fried squid out of all of them. The basil chicken was alright and the portion size was pretty big. Drinks were as expected.

This chain is my favorite boba in all of Portland. Their boba balls are always perfectly soft and chewy and have a wonderful taste, and the drinks themselves are made consistently and deliciously!
The portions are generous and the staff are accommodating and friendly here.
