Used to really love this place but the quality has really went down hill. Me and my friend came in to order 3 popcorn chicken and rice before going to a drive in theatre for the day. The (i’m assuming owner and or manager) came out of the kitchen as soon as we were done paying and informed us we would need to wait 20 minutes because they only had enough rice for two, but instead of stopping there he snapped at us after I said that was fine telling us, “they’re not a restaurant”. Even the employee brought up how he should have said something about this before we paid and the manager gave him a nasty look and told him its not their problem. After waiting for about 30 minutes we got our food and we left. When we tried it the rice wasn’t cooked all the way, the chicken wasn’t very good (like how it usually is) and the green beans were disgusting (mushy, tasted old and no seasoning). What blew me away was that there was black and brown on the edges that looked like mold… will NEVER come back here (and thats without saying how rude some of the employees are and the cross contamination I have heard about). Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I'm no boba expert, but the best boba I've ever had BY FAR comes from this place.
A few weeks ago I got some Boba in downtown Beaverton, spent a lot more money than this place charges, and it was not even close to the quality.
At T4 the customer service is always very great, they're always helpful with someone like me who needs to ask some questions, and the price is incredibly reasonable. You will probably never find boba this cheap.
Ive only mostly tried the Thai tea with mini pearls but it's so good I've come back multiple times for it. Some places will charge this for a single tap beer so it's really not hard to justify stopping by.
Recently tried the honeydew melon tea when my gf got it and it was also delicious.
I really want to come by more often to try more flavors now. Great to have this place nearby and I love how convenient it is to stop by if youre walking / biking on the nearby trails. It's not even a 3minute detour from that trail system.

Our Favorite Boba Tea Shop!
My friend, husband, and I have tried may shops in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area, and this is always our go-to favorite. There are many delicious teas to choose from and there are sometimes some new, seasonal, or pilot teas to try. They also have food! A Tawianese take on things we are familiar with: popcorn chicken, green beans & rice, pot stickers, and a lot more. Also some things I haven't found anywhere else like the bean/chocolate/egg puffs or a mildly sweet set of fried buns with mildly sweet condensed milk.
The place is always clean, the workers are wonderful and friendly. I think the prices are competitive. My pictures don't have anyone else in them because I'm being careful of their identities or preferences, but the place is usually busy! They have stamp cards - buy 10 drinks and use the card to get the next one free! I have never had any issues with them being accepted and used. I keep a full one for a rainy day.

Went here for the first time today and their customer service is excellent/friendly and very knowledgeable! Got the Mango Coconut milk/green jelly and angel pearl and it is delicious! Def recommend! Will be back in the near future!

This is authentic Taiwanese tea shop and reasonable prices with great snacks, various selection of tea types and ingredients to add in your tea. It also provides snacks and meals. A good option for hanging with a small group (max 4) of friends.

I got hot earl grey tea and light spicy popcorn chicken. I did like the tea , however the chicken was super stingy once you bite in and afterwards got a tummy ache which is weird as I have a strong stomach and can eat a lot of different foods including spicy , maybe I’ll come back for more tea but no more food from here
