Our crew are always ready to dine here. Beer, good burgers AND the best/biggest fish & chips around 😋. Not to mention the revolving specials.
Easy parking, you can dine indoors or alfresco.

A Tavern that it a cut above in food quality. All the sandwiches and salads are good, the fries are top tier, legit hand-cut pub style fries, and the fish and chips is legit. When I notice an iced tea is better than most I am happy, and I am happy.

The full dinner fish ( advertised as haddock) and chips were a deep-fried culinary delight. Two IPAs on tap along with about six other beers.

Kitchens closes on a nice sunny Portalnd evening at 9pm, on a Friday, still some light out, when its warm out. So basically trying to avoid customers from interfering with their personal weekend life's during the summer so they can also get the hell out of there and have fun at other local eateries. Any recommendations of where you guys go after closing the bar at 9pm on a warm Portland night even though you have outdoor seating. Maybe hire staff that wanna make tips from working in the only cute restaurant in that whole area. Better question, is the location up for sale so I can stay open till 11pm on a beautiful warm Friday night and fill the outside tables with people? If its for sale let me know, ill slay that location. Closes at 9pm on a Friday night thats warm, silly goose. Tricks are for kids.

Comfortable and warm. This tavern does a great job with no frills. They don't need them when the beer is cold, the burgers are hot, and there's a game on the TV. Definitely get a burger with the bacon jam. Amazing!

We had the Cioppino and the Steak Bites. They were out of this world and very reasonably priced.

Went for the menu posted online. When I asked about the difference in menu we were given the waitress talked to me like an idiot and told me it's posted on there. When I pulled it up in front of her and it didn't show times, she had nothing to say and was still rude. My mother and I opted to order nothing simply because of the bad attitude.

We tried the fish and chips. Fish was cooked too much and fries were warm and limp. Beer was good.
