I’d give this zero stars if I could. Tacos broken looks like dog food. Do not order from this Taco Bell. The dining room is permanently closed so there’s no way to get out of the heat. It’s awful .

I can say with complete certainty this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever had to interact with. The lobby is permanently closed and you have to go to a walk up window, and they will ignore you for at least 10 minutes while knowing there are people there waiting. All of this While the door bell is being rang constantly. They are choosing not to help and leaving people to sit outside. On top of that they leave their phone line permanently busy, so they don’t have to answer it. It is common practice for Taco Bell to ignore customers waiting for orders, but the 10+ minute waits for food that is visibly already ready is ridiculous.

A manager just sitting in the lobby on his phone. Then blamed the people who he was training, knowing how food service works, I asked him why he wasn't helping, and nope, I shouldn't do that was his answer. In food service, you NEVER have a manager who is willing to sink their staff, and blame the one's they are training

Hope does Taco Bell forget my chips 2x in a row, but not my nacho cheese? The younger kids that with the drive thru are awesome, but the cooks suck. And the manager is very unprofessional. Very long line, whether in drive thru or walk up window.

I just want to understand what's so hard about giving someone the correct drink size, actually putting jalapeño sauce on the right items, and respecting someone's wish to not have lettuce on their tacos.
I hate this Taco Bell. I don't know why I tortured myself for so long, but I'm done. I've had enough. I'M TIRED OF THIS, GRANDPA!

Wanted something familiar after moving here… but this ain’t it.
I mobile ordered ahead thinking I could just walk in and grab my food. Turns out the lobby is permanently closed—no signs, no app notification, nothing. I pulled the door and the staff looked at me like I was out of line. Maybe you have to be a local to know the drill, but I felt dumb standing there.
Eventually figured out I had to wait by the window, and even then, it took about 15 minutes for them to bring the order out. Food was hot, so I guess they make it when you arrive? Either way, I was already 20 minutes behind and just wanted something quick and familiar. That’s the only reason I went to Taco Bell.
Might be a once-in-a-blue-moon stop from now on. Just not worth the confusion.

The downtown homeless situation just ruins this spot overall. Every time I go here there's literally a dude sitting at the intercom asking for food. I don't blame the staff for acting the way they do, honestly who would want to be in this situation in an environment like this? I can't imagine how tiring it must be. The food is standard taco bell and I've never had a problem with it, I always absolutely dread coming here though, even though I want to.
