They say they open at 9 am according to the signs and online. I walked up at 9:10 and they wouldn’t open the doors for me. I am driving a 16 foot box truck. Told me to walk threw the drive threw during the pouring rain. Can’t pay them to make my food. Awful service along with lazy management. Do better taco smell

Drive thru. Didn't put the cravings box in the bag. Had to come back. Pretended not to understand me when I politely explained and showed the order on my phone. Spent several minutes waiting for the guy to figure out I wasn't lying. He couldn't figure it out.
I tried to guide him into the right thought process by saying "Do you have anything that still needs to go out?" I was looking at the box on the shelf behind him, which was unlabeled, unlike another box on the shelf. He still didn't figure it out.
Eventually I said, "Is that box right there for someone or not?"
The guy looks inside the box. He hands the box to me begrudgingly. No apology. No humility. Just a dirty look and a walk away of "I'm mad that I was wrong so I'm going to go pout like a little boy."
Don't understand why this taco bell has high ratings. It's the closest to my home so I tried it a few times. This is ID-10T error number 3. Never again.

Again not really nice people here they don't say Hi how are you doing but again you're working for a fast food restaurant and you have a lot of people yelling at you all day I don't know I go to other Taco bells in this one every time I eat at it I get sick so I don't know like what are you doing to the food it doesn't taste right all other ones taste fine but this one does not
Vegetarian options: There should be plenty of vegetarian options here
Dietary restrictions: This place has cheese so make sure if you have dairy restrictions you ask them not to put the cheese or sour cream on your stuff
Kid-friendliness: It is kid-friendly but no playroom oh so this is on 188th and Stark it is a bad neighborhood
Wheelchair accessibility: Well it's wheelchair accessible but there are no push buttons for people in wheelchairs or disability peoples to open the door
Looked up this location online said it was open continue to the drive-thru window to order no response knocked on Windows spoke with staff they said hours are not accurate written on window the manager was extremely rude the young staff

The people that suck and don't know how to do their job. No one works behind the counter inside.i ordered on the dumb kiosk but wanted to pay cash. Sat there for 20 minutes and no one would come to the counter to take my money. Then when I asked what's going on they told me it was my fault cause I didn't pay yet.

Ordered a box of tacos And I am diabetic so rather than wasting the shells.They put my taco meat, lettuce and cheese in a bowl so that I could enjoy my meal very very grateful. Love Taco Bell tacos.I hate throwing the taco shell away.
