I got a casdea and it was spicy and then when I asked why it was spicy the supervisor said it’s jalpenio and I didn’t say I wanted some when I told her that she said it has no spice GURL LIKE YOUR NOT MAKING SENSE WHO WOULD SAY THAT?!??👹👹

Came in at around 11:00PM on a Saturday. Rude staff. Cold food. Half-filled drinks. Closed their restrooms early while lobby was still open. There was also a long wait, but I usually don’t rate based on that, especially if they’re busy, but my order was in by 11:05 and I didn’t get my 3 simple tacos until 11:45. I’ve worked customer service before and I’m usually extremely understanding since not every day is a good day and again they were quite busy, but it was the absolute rudeness and dismissal of numerous customers besides myself that made me write this, along with the fact there was no urgency or care with the food prep.
I hope they do better cause I won’t be going back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, sidewalk is ramped and you order at a kiosk with planty of room around.
They say they open at 9 am according to the signs and online. I walked up at 9:10 and they wouldn’t open the doors for me. I am driving a 16 foot box truck. Told me to walk threw the drive threw during the pouring rain. Can’t pay them to make my food. Awful service along with lazy management. Do better taco smell
