Best Taco Bell in PDX. I live here on the island and come to this location frequently for a quick lunch. They always get the order right and the crew are always friendly and attentive. Don't listen to these entitled, negative reviews. This is Taco Bell after all, but I've always been treated well and the food has always been exactly what I ordered.

Discovered they got the order wrong, came back and explained, and they made new tacos after much back and forth...and the tacos had no meat.
I could hear the taco maker argue that she did it right the first time, and she definitely messed it up on purpose the second time
First time I have ever had an issue like this, even with a mistaken order. Mistakes happen. But whoever was making the tacos this evening is purposely making things wrong

WORST TACO BELL EVER!!! I asked for no pico on my tacos every time because I’m am allergic and then t hey still put it on and laugh. I get a breakfast burrito and they put nothin in it it’s just tortilla this is a scam location they put nothing in your burritos and tacos and don’t give a shit about hygiene or allergies. They are the worst location ever

On 7/23/35 I went thru drive up and placed an order specifically breakfast burrito with egg cheese and potato along with a bean and cheese burrito. I got my order and drive off Noticing the breakfast burrito packaging was odd I looked at the order sticker because they NEVER GIVE YIU YIUR RECEIPT in the morning shift.
I called the Hayden island Portland Oregon 97217 location to report my order was wrong and the lady could not understand what I was saying and argued with me about what I order I can’t eat meat so why would I even order sausage crunch wrap!!!!!! Thien she hung up on me, I will be calling the corporate office in Irvine California where I have someone I know to report the morning employee. Not to mention they ask if you want to round up the order and can not explain where that money goes to and again no receipt ever from the morning staff being a woman who sounds clueless honestly.
Store management please talk to your employees on proper etiquette of basic customer service.

4 stars overall because the service was so good, but we all know that taco bell is not great. In all fairness they don't mean it to be great, just fast and cheap and for those that love that then fantastic, no judgment! I just can't give it 5 stars, there are too many amazing Mexican restaurants for me to say taco bell is anywhere close to them.

edit: this place is price gouging. Their box combos are $2.49 more than other taco bells. It is best to skip this place and go to another taco bell.
old review: They had to remake my entire order because everything was wrong. Why are you guys serving cold, wiggly nacho fries? You should be ashamed for charging a premium for crap food. And these guys are getting paid $17 an hour??
