Great staff. Don't care for environment it doesn't feel safe however I appreciate the big blue light that you have there. I suggested to McDonald's perhaps you guys also could give the Portland Police incentives to come and eat there. I think that would improve the environment an atmosphere

I've been to so many taco bells, but this one is definitely one of the good ones. The service was friendly, and the tables, restrooms, and overall sitting area were really clean. The most good thing about this taco bell was that they didn't messed up my order.

Ordered 3 taco supreme, 2 hard shell and 1 soft shell tacos. Received 1 soft and 5 hard, no supreme and in 1 mile of driving the shells stuck to thru paper riping off the shell and spilling the contents everywhere.

Whatever you do, don't go inside to order. They will refuse to take your order and point you to a self serve kiosk that asks a bazillion questions, and then you have to wait for like 5+ minutes while they serve a half dozen drive thru customers who arrive after you. Horrible system, no humans to be found. Food is generally ok until about 3pm, then it is usually cold and dry.
This location is always clean and the FOH staff is super nice. BUT consistently they make our crunch wraps with hardly any fillings, we’re talking like 1/3 of it just has a super thin layer of lettuce. We always pay to add custom fillings so you would think if anything there would be extra…but instead they’re sooo sad and empty ?
