I'm very disappointed in the service here. The lobby was gross all the tables had trash or looked like they haven't been clean all day. They wouldn't take my order at the register even though the self order was having issues on what I wanted to order and charged me extra. Our food took 20 min to get and they were not that busy only had 3 cars in drive and no one else in lobby. It was 9:30 and we waited longer then we should have.
I went to pick up my mobile app order # 914292. It was 2 burrito supremes and 1 soft taco. I got there to pick up my food, and the young lady said they never got an order from me. I showed her my phone, and she again said we never got an order from you. She said it very rudely. I said I paid for this food, what am I supposed to do? She says again we never got an order from you wait in the lobby. So we did, and they finally found my order in the system and said they were going to start making it. No apologies or anything. My husband looks over at the shelf where they put Doordash, Uber eats, grub hub orders. There was a single bag sitting there, and guess what? It was my order. At this point it has been sitting there for over 20 minutes. It was ice cold, but that is the food I was given. Worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had and I am a 60 year old woman who has been a Taco Bell customer since I was a teenager.Not a happy customer!Kimberly Wing

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes looking at a worker in the back on a cell phone. Completely ignoring me. Then when I peaked around the corner to get someone's attention I got yelled at. Rude and unprofessional.
