Usually this taco bell is snazzy and service is fantastic. I get off pretty late from work, 1am, so it’s usually the go to when i’m too tired to make food. Last night, 3/14/25 at around 1:30am, I stopped by for some food. Usually when ordering food, i can see what is going on with my order on the screen. I didn’t see the modifications i requested, so i asked if they were there and she was a bit rude responding that they are there. I went on to order a cheesy roll up and she busted out laughing; genuinely what was funny? She continued to laugh while trying to finish taking my order. At this point i was convinced to back out and leave, but i just continued on. We get the food, and another lady that didn’t take the order asked if i needed sauce. i requested sauce when i literally ordered my food, so that shows nothing was taken into consideration when i ordered my food. The stackers i ordered and had modified were horrendous. they literally only had cheese and cream cheese with a tablespoon of ground beef. My cheesy bean and rice burrito was also awful. The top half was just beans and the lower half was old, crunchy rice. Overall, it felt like horrible service and dismissive. I worked customer service for many yrs, so i’m typically chill about things, but i don’t play about giving horrible service to customers when it’s not warranted. There’s a young man that usually works the hours i go at night, and he is fantastic and i hope to see his face next time i go again; guaranteed to have my order made to perfection.

I ordered food on 5 March at Between 10 and Between 9 PM and 11 PM the storm made my food wrong. I proceeded to call to get my order removed. They said bring it back and they Will remake it and I try to call and get my food made when I got there and they refuse to remake my mail. The gentleman inside said there was no manager available and all three gentlemen that were inside were laughing and making jokes about my food. I don’t appreciate this type of service and if it was up to me on fire every person that was working Between the hours of 9 and 11 PM because they are inconsiderate very rude look nobody had gloves on and everybody was really just standing around looking

Took my own order at a kiosk. Took my own payment at the same kiosk. Got my own drink, got my own sauces, got my own napkins. The only interaction I had with a Taco Bell employee was when the grumpy lady tossed my burritos across the counter at me. Won't be long before we just go in back and cook it ourselves too.

This is got to be the worst Taco Bell in all of Portland. I’ve come here a few times because it’s on my way home from work. They’re always out of something. The portions are extremely small. Sometimes you don’t even get what you ordered in your burrito. I got a beefy five layer with all beans and nothing else. Taco Bell’s really dropping the bar here. I’ve had great experiences at every other Taco Bell, except for this one don’t go here.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Made my order which I had to repeat multiple times and they still gave me the wrong food in the end. When I arrived at the window they were just starting to make the order. Will NEVER go back!

Twice now I've placed orders to be picked up, and everytime there is something wrong. My final order, never getting food from here again was just nacho fries and a 5 layer. The burrito is fine the fries though omfg. There are all hard none were warm, and when I say hard I don't mean too crispy I mean stale af. Absolutely disgusting that someone would give those to a customer.
