Change my five star to a one star. They made a mistake on my order and when I went to replace it they treated me like I was just trying to scam a meal. I don't understand the point in trying to protect corporate profits. The manager did not want to replace the meal and at first tried to explain to me how I ordered my food wrong. Even though I've ordered it the exact same way at every Taco Bell in the area.

I asked for my meal to be replaced after explaining that it was missing the key ingredients. She rang up an employee meal and left off the drink and the three sides of chipotle sauce I asked her for the sauce when I read the receipt stating that my original order had the three Chipotle sauces and she replied yeah but you got those. Honestly my whole ticket should have just been replaced without so much hassle. Instead she gave me a medium drink and filled the order while I was eating in the parking lot I noticed on the 3rd Taco as I was so hungry I didn't notice on the first two that they forgot ingredients again. This time it wasn't the key ingredient and I was able to eat the food but before I did I went in to talk to the manager about it and show her how it was missing the red ships. She proceeded to bring every employee over and asked them what was wrong with my taco while I held it open and it was the last person she had asked. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I don't like having to feel like I'm in the wrong or greedy or scheming when they've made the mistake. I don't know what to do I have been researching this legally. But I'm afraid without a good lawyer I don't think I'm going to get far.

Tried to go into lobby at 10pm. They were closed and never open their lobby. Whenever we go through the drive through they never get our order right and tend to forget items.

I was on a bit of a Taco Bell kick for about a week, and I went to this location five times in seven days.

Due to a dairy allergy, I simply ordered my food without it. That's it. No special tomfoolery.

I had cheese and sour cream on everything I ordered. Every single time. Once, I get. Working in fast food kinda sucks, and it's easy to let it slip.

No biggie.

The second time, I tried to check my food before I left. It looked good.

Nope. Covered in cow stuff.

After the fifth time, I wrote off the everyone location. It's not THAT hard. Complaining didn't help at all.

I'll just make mediocre gringo tacos at home instead of paying a premium for them

I went to a different location then normal and I will never go back. The Taco Bell on TV Hwy in Hillsboro is bad enough. I rarely go there. But, this place was worse! I asked and asked to know what flavors were in the midnight cherry freeze. The girl kept telling me what sizes they had. I couldn't get her to understand. So, she got someone else to try. After three times she finally understood. I told them no sour cream on anything. Of course, they put sour cream on my soft taco. It even said "no sour cream" on the screen. I didn't get one of the things I ordered but got something else I didn't order. I was in line in the drive thru for 35 minutes. It was around 2:30 pm. The girl at the window wouldn't look at me, took my money and walked off. Someone else gave me my order. None of them were friendly. Their customer service sucked! How hard is it to read a screen?! They should all be fired and that location start fresh.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The girl working drive through at 6:30 pm on 11/30 has ZERO customer service ability. It was crazy — first of all, they forgot 4 of my items and she couldn’t understand that. Asked me three times how many were missing — while sounding like an absolute robot, zero human to human engagement skills were present here. I then asked for a bigger container box and she said we don’t have that. I told her, yep you definitely do. She just walked away without a word, had to go ask another employee, all while I’m literally looking in the window staring at the lids to the exact container I wanted. I finally got my box and lid, she didn’t even acknowledge me whatsoever when handing them to me. Literally like engaging with a lifeless robot — sure, it’s ‘just taco bell’ but this is really unnaceptable, and super mediocre as a human behavior.

This is absolutely the worst location ever. They can never get my order right. Tried to get some sort of satisfaction when they missed over half of my $60 order, but nothing. They have zero management. Tried to call for two days to actually speak to management and all i would get is people saying they only speak Spanish or just hung up on. Way to go Pacific Bells. Great service

Completely Wrong order. Cannot talk to A Manager they all lie. Worst Location. Tried calling when order was wrong then again the next day. Gal answering phone spoke English until we asked for a Manager then said i only speak Spanish then hung up! Sorry why isn't there a email re: how was your order?

Careful, I got a nasty beefy 5 layer burrito that literally smelled like poo when I opened it. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Been coming here for years, but after this experience I deleted the app and am never looking back.

Ordered sausage AM crunchwrap and got ground beef hardly any and they just filled it with eggs. Never going to this taco bell again. They won't even answer there phone. All 3 were the same.
