Everything is good I just wish they'd get rid of the self-service ordering. Give me a human any day.

I'm old...I remember when tacos and bean burritos were 59 cents apiece. That allowed me to have lunch for $2,40 each day.
My, times have changed....
The place was filthy. The kiosk to place an order was so gross I didn't even want to touch it. I had to wash my hands when I was done.
I brought it up to the staff and thought someone was going to come out and wash it but noone did.
Everything looked like it was wiped down with dirty rags. I'll admit they were busy but this wasn't because of that. The floors had dried soda, napkins and just dirt everywhere.
Thank goodness for the wrappers on the food or I couldn't have eaten on the table.
Food was OK and was glad to see staff at least wearing gloves.

Standard Taco Bell experience. You know what you're getting.
Lunch time cashier, receipt said his name was ANA H, Friday May 30th was friendly and efficient! Good experience for me 👍

Recently I’ve been going through some financial hardships so Taco Bell is really all I can afford to eat and be full afterwards (good thing I actually really like Taco Bell). Today I only had $13 and my order total was $13.48 which I didn’t have enough coins to meet the total. So very boldly and shamefully I asked the drive thru employee if he had 48¢ to which he said no he didn’t. But instead of just telling me no and making me remove 1 of the only 2 things I ordered the employee told me to wait a second and when he returned he said he had a dollar and that he’d cover me. When I arrived at the window the person taking my payment wasn’t the one who took my order but as soon as the employee that took my order saw me at the window he ran over with a dollar for me so I could afford my meal. I’m not sure who the employee was but he made my day and made sure I had enough food to eat today and for that I’m extremely thankful. He could have easily told me too bad so sad but instead he took it upon himself to help me out and he was very kind about it. I hope that he sees this and knows that he made my day and really helped me out. If you are reading this I owe you one man. Thank you so much

alonzo is the name of the guy at the window. very good manners and i felt like i wasn’t rushed. usually i get people trying to rush me at the drive thru by cutting me off when i speak. not only that, they usually have a crappy attitude. good job alonzo for doing better than others

Hands down best Taco Bell around. Awesome staff, that's always alert and sounds like they're having a good morning. Food rocks and there is always enough hot sauce.

Pretty standard Taco Bell in the area when it comes to the food, though I find them faster and slightly friendlier than other locations. I enjoy the cantina chicken tacos from here more since it's not as greasy.

Place is always dirty af staff always looks to be in a bad mood and they can never get my order right doesnt matter if you order it online in person or simply ask for a special request and they always take super long on simple orders and will give 1 sauce or 25 saucese no in between at all ! Place has gone downhill in the last 2 years go to any other location this ones not it👎🏽

Change my five star to a one star. They made a mistake on my order and when I went to replace it they treated me like I was just trying to scam a meal. I don't understand the point in trying to protect corporate profits. The manager did not want to replace the meal and at first tried to explain to me how I ordered my food wrong. Even though I've ordered it the exact same way at every Taco Bell in the area.
I asked for my meal to be replaced after explaining that it was missing the key ingredients. She rang up an employee meal and left off the drink and the three sides of chipotle sauce I asked her for the sauce when I read the receipt stating that my original order had the three Chipotle sauces and she replied yeah but you got those. Honestly my whole ticket should have just been replaced without so much hassle. Instead she gave me a medium drink and filled the order while I was eating in the parking lot I noticed on the 3rd Taco as I was so hungry I didn't notice on the first two that they forgot ingredients again. This time it wasn't the key ingredient and I was able to eat the food but before I did I went in to talk to the manager about it and show her how it was missing the red ships. She proceeded to bring every employee over and asked them what was wrong with my taco while I held it open and it was the last person she had asked. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I don't like having to feel like I'm in the wrong or greedy or scheming when they've made the mistake. I don't know what to do I have been researching this legally. But I'm afraid without a good lawyer I don't think I'm going to get far.

Tried to go into lobby at 10pm. They were closed and never open their lobby. Whenever we go through the drive through they never get our order right and tend to forget items.
