Prioritize drive thru. Nice workers. After googling why apparently drive thru are more important. No soda machines to refill. And the size of my Crunchwrap is the basically the size of the mini steak crunchwraps when I ordered a normal one. Never have they been smaller than the palm of my hand.

Make sure to not only double but triple check your food is all included in your order. Did a mobile order and they forgot 2 meals. This is the 3rd time in the last month that they have missed multiple food items. When you call the store they act like you are the one in the wrong.

On this visit I had a restless night so decided to get a bit to eat around 1:30 am. I was relieved to see no one else in their drive thru, a parking lot free of litter, and no homeless people loitering.
Regretfully the last two things have become common place in Portland and I appreciate Pepsico's commitment to ensuring their guest have a safe and inviting visit.
Placing my order was friendly as the gal over the speaker was friendly, patient and attentive. I especially appreciate her asking me "is the order on screen correct?". The read out on the screen even reflected the mild and fire sauce I'd requested. The gal continued to be very friendly at the window and even thanked me for my visit, something uncommon these days.
My selections were from their $3 value menu and I had the double wrapped taco, beefy / cheesy burrito, and beefy nacho. All three were made with care, still hot 10 minutes later when I got home, and tasted really good!
I don't eat Taco Bell that often (about once a month) but it's nice to know that when the craving strikes, I know of a location that I can trust to deliver a quality experience.

I recently placed an order at their kiosk requesting dine in and expecting a tray to carry my food to my seat. However, they no longer offer trays at this Taco Bell because of 2020 irrational thinking. Or, it might be due to the neighborhood having a large homelessness count. Either way dine in means you're not carrying a to go bag...

I took my daughter to this location(by the winco on 122nd) and while qe were waiting for her order i watched a male employee with a tattoo behind his right ear going down his neck eating off the line while wearing gloves and handling people's orders. He had just arriived and started his shift, i understand that people get hungry but being in the food industry that action is a BIG DO NOT DO. Especially infront of customers that know the food industry and they can see what you're doing wrong... He should be reprimanded for his unprofessional actions, but this will most likely be ignored. Regardless i will make sure the fleet that i drive for stops all business with Taco Bell henceforth..
