I didn't fill out the atmosphere part, since this was a drive-thru order. Anyway, my review is so low because they completely rippef me off by excluding two items from my initial order, and they didn't include a receipt in the bag. I didn't discover this until it was far too late and I was on the other side of town. $6 down the drain. It's been A while since I've been fleeced this hard at a fast food chain, that should have been more observant. Definitely not going back again.

I stop by this taco bell after work ever single day order the same thing and yesterday they messed up 3 things the manager fixed 2 of them on the spot but I didn't know the crunchwrap was messed up until I got home so I just tried telling the manager who was a short girl who yelled at me like it was my fault and told me I needed to take a picture as proof so I said wouldn't it be better if I just make a video of every single bite so there is no problem I dunno what her problem is I worked at taco bell and any other manager here just fixes it i am not a Karen and all I asked was for it to be right this time she acts like I was begging for free stuff or something I pay over 12 its 7:10 pm on December 22nd short girl who has issues needs retraining as a manager

We usually order online and this location used to get our order wrong just about every time! But in the last few months in the 3 maybe 4 times we have gone here, the new staff has been very friendly and our order has been perfect!

I love Taco Bell, with my whole heart, but everytime I go to this Taco Bell, I come home with broken tacos and cold food. This is about the 5th time in a row now that I get tacos like this. Like honestly, just drain the meat more or like buy fresh shells? Other than being cold/broken, it does taste correct. Workers have caused problems before, argued with me about mistakes they make, and completely irresponsible. Make sure you check your soda if you're diabetic, because I have seen multiple customers complain that they're diet soda was NOT diet.

So I had worked all day and decided I wanted taco bell. My order was all wrong. I didnt want anything spicy and it all was. If it hadn't cost 30 bucks I would have called it a wash. But I decided to go back and ask for replacements. Boy do I tell u every worker had to come up to the window and give me a look and just was rude about it. Every single one of them! I never felt so bad for asking for replacements before in my life. As I sat there waiting, one by one would come look and shoot me a evil look. It was very uncomfortable and I won't come back to this location. I always sympathize with people that work in the food industry, I really do. But this experience was unfortunate and unnecessary

It is actually astonishing how bad these people are at their jobs. I have never been the type of person to hate on fast food employees as someone whos worked in their position. And yet i have never once received the correct order, both in person and through online ordering. Something in my order is always missing, usually something small so it's not a big deal, or the modifications are just outright ignored. I would chalk it up to being a mistake if it only happened a few times, but this is every order. I've stopped going to this location because these people just really do not understand the concept of accuracy. Truly baffling how they manage to make so many consistant mistakes.

There was a rude African American employee, with an accent, when he gave me my order, which I waited too long and I was hungry, I said thank you, my friend, he literally snapped at me and says (I am not your friend, I don't know you) and he doesn't say thank you. He was so rude. I felt sick, and not appreciated. I wanted peace between black and white. And I was about to give him a Tip.

I went thru the drive up, and Zachary was not only so polite, but when I asked him if I had extra sauce which I ordered, he was “no problem ma’am. Let me get you more. Now I’m sitting home after my work shift and enjoying my food with all of my sauce. Should get employee of the month.
