Worst service, I asked for 3 burritos, and the lady said I heard 5 potatoes. Staf is on drugs, so I don't recommend buying from here until they hire new staff.

Other than their long drive thru line, this Taco Bell is pretty solid. Customer service is great, they make sure to ask if you need hot sauce and/or napkins. Always a satisfied customer while ordering food from here.

They ALWAYSSSSSS get your order wrong. Either missing items, flat/barely any flavor in the sodas or missing instructions for items

Pulled up at 2:20am, & even though their hours mention they are open until 3am, they clarified they only take door dash orders during that time. Usually decent customer service in general, but they always forget something on every order(spork, sauce, straw, napkins, etc). Disappointed with the experience 3rd time in a row. I've never heard of drive thru ONLY serving a singular ordering app and not physical customers. Seems like those hours should be advertised on that ordering app & not for the public on google if that's how they want to run. Overall odd experience... several cars behind me also left without an order...

I got a grilled cheese burrito because I wanted a big burrito. Instead, I got this small, flat, poor excuse for a burrito instead. If I wanted something small I would’ve ordered the 5 layer Never coming here again… the money I paid was not worth this flat, sad burrito. >:(

No reflection on the staff at all. And I actually like using the kiosk. Confusing at first, but now I kinda prefer it. I gave the lower rating because there's nothing left on the menu that's good anymore except the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and that's overpriced. The era of saving money whilst still getting full at Taco Bell is over for me. Goodbye grilled stuffed steak burrito.

Whoever was working Jan 31 around 11-midnight: Phenomenal. Stunning. Your entire crew. Best taco bell I've ever eaten. The fries are so seasoned. The taco is perfectly portioned by ingredient. Nothing is soggy or dry. I love you taco bell crew working Jan 31st night shift. Sometimes other days haven't been good but y'all are the dream team.
They usually do ok here. But I couldn't understand what Griselda Martinez was saying today. Turns out it was to round my bill up for donations. She purposely charged me because she can't speak English well. That's messed up. These billion dollar companies shouldn't be asking me for extra money in the first place. A tiny chicken quesadilla is already $6. Bs

Food is alright, but the guy attitude at the window at 4 pm .Completely down,careless,and annoyed. You can tell he hates his job, and i only have been once ,and my last time .I feel sorry for his co-workers.

I ordered a Disha Hot™ Discovery Box that had a new sauce for Taco Bell, and I didn't get the hot sauce at all despite ordering it. I'm angry about this because my order is missing 3 packets of said hot sauce, and the box is 8.99. Thank you for ripping me off. Edit found: receipt

Guy at the window clearly hates his job. Another employee had to step in to do his job. He was rude and forgot to turn off his mic before insulting us. Definitely won't be back.
