We just went to the Taco Bell on Division Street we went inside cuz we wanted to eat inside today instead of going through drive-thru we get in there and we're standing there and waiting nobody said anything to us til a lady came in a man said we will be right with you a girl employee came over to the lady and said we need you to take your orders on the machines because we're getting rid of the front machines so we go over to start doing our order because nobody acknowledged us and we are looking to see if I could do a double decker taco supreme add nacho cheese I can't find it anywhere on the menu so as soon as the girl is done helping the other lady my husband asked her to please help us cuz she just walked away she goes oh yeah what can I help you with I said I would like a double decker taco supreme with nacho cheese she goes we don't make them and unfortunately my manager won't let me go over there and ring it up up front because it's a special order now so she said I was unable to get it but if I go through drive-thru I'm able to get my double decker Taco with nacho cheese how is it I can go through drive-thru and get what I want but I can't get it from inside I'm not understanding so we just left and went to a different Taco Bell that would allow me to order what I want to pay for I'm paying for it so I don't understand why I was not able to do it the other Taco Bell did it for me without any problem
I've never had worse food from a fast food restaurant than what I received here tonight. Got two chalupa supreme and a taco with a drink. The chalupa shells were so stale they were hard to the point they snapped like crackers at the top, While the meat was cool to the touch. The hard taco shell resembled tortilla chips more than it did a taco shell and the meat was cool as well. Wasn't busy at all, had a few people working, just bad service. $12 for a Dr pepper is not what I had in mind when I left the house....

The order was correct and even things like napkins were added without having to ask!!! I was pleasantly surprised to get home and wonder who is winning the “what got forgot at the drive thru challenge” which by the way is a bet about whether the order is correct…… it was ALL correct for the SECOND time at this location!!!!! Awesome work!!!! I’m going back there!!!!!Vegetarian options: There is not much for vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: There is not anything really listed for “special” type dietary needs.Parking: Average fast food parking lot size and spaceKid-friendliness: the greatest appeal for a person in a wheel chair but then most fast food is notWheelchair accessibility: Not
