Employee’s are probably the rudest fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. There is one girl there that will record you while on the clock and ignore you until forced to help. She curse's at customers, talked down to to everyone and talks about how she has to work and not use her parents money. It’s extremely uncomfortable going to this location and has made it to where we had to stop going to this location.

The reason why I'm giving it three stars is because of the food my fries were really ice cold and tasted horrible. Seems like every time I order them from this Taco Bell, they're always really old and nasty tasting. The service is really great the girls in the Drive-Thru were really nice and of course let me know that it was happy hour for drinks so my drink only cost a dollar which was fabulous. But if the food tastes like crap, or is cold, I don't want to give five star review because that would be pointless it's a restaurant

Most of the employees are very understanding with their job titles of bussing tables, clean lobby/restrooms, exterior, food handling etc. And ensuring I get my food. But I'm always directed to that one manager which is where things tend to go wrong.

Regardless of the day and time of the week there appears to only be one specific manager on duty and my experience is not that great with her and how she isn't that accommodating with following through ensuring the issues don't repeat.

Problem with being out of Milk and still ordering it? Nothing done about it even after trying three different approaches all brought up by that manager. And still not fixed over a month later with Milk removed from the POS as part of a last ditch effort. Shouldn't she be ensuring milk lands on the next suppliers orders list to make sure it can be put back on the ordering menu?
I've tried adjusting my order as part of a coupon I have but she is super strict they have to follow the POS system rather than be accommodating add-ons or lower priced swaps.
If there was a different manager my experience for this would probably be different.

The reviews are true literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Food is always handled poorly quality of ingredients is terrible they missed a whole cravings box I ordered… not sure how that happens I would literally starve then eat at this place

I work out of my truck all day and planned to drive a hour and a half to this Taco Bell cause it says it opens at 7. When I arrived and made a mobile order, went to open the door, get my food, but it was locked… Someone came to the door and answered I said is the lobby not open? It says it opens at seven directly on the door and on the website. The employee barely spoke in English, but pretty much told me that they open at eight at this location because that’s when Their manager likes to show up…. Ruined my whole morning had to sit in my truck instead of enjoying my breakfast and a dining room. Food was as expected for fast food.

Quality has gone downhill, but what is worse is the greed of the franchise owner. This location charges $12+ for a cravings box where it costs $6.79 at the other locations. The prices for everything else are also more expensive. Do yourself a favor and drive past this one to the Home Depot or 185th location. The extra drive time is well worth it.

I got to this Taco Bell for convo eve since I live close by but this Taco Bell’s always doing something to the order that’s off. Today my crunch wrap nearly fell apart :( and they always give us like 4-5 extra sauce cups which is not the worst but a little wasteful. Not todays order but sometimes from this location I’ll get like mostly tortilla with like the soft taco supremes.

I got there 10 min before they opened and waited. Pulled up to the drive thru and no one said anything. Sat around another 10 min. Drove to the window and saw no one. I wasted my time just sitting around waiting.

I don’t have a high bar for fast food workers, but the younger Asian lady working here is about as miserable and unkind as you can come off. Idk what her deal is, but she just seems to be mean-mugging everyone in the lobby here. If you don’t like your job just quit, you don’t have to be a sore for the rest of us to deal with. Less time/money invested into your nails and more invested in being a decent person might go a long way.

I been going here around 4 pm to get regular size freeze this is my second time I check my receipt and they always charge me full price for them . I thought it was happy hour 2-5 why advertise it if you don’t honor the price . Food is always cold and just throw food into the bag , my whole Mexican pizza was not in the container. It was all over the bag . Don’t bother coming to this location. I rather make the drive to 185th then to come to this establishment.

I was the only customer, at the start. Three different members of staff looked at me waiting at the counter. Not a word of acknowledgement. Not a "Hello, will be with you soon", nothing. Then another customer walked in for a mobile pickup. A member of staff walked straight past me and attended to the new customer. Still not a word to me or even an acknowledgement I even existed. I walked out, will never return.
