White emo girl with black short hair working here at midnight 4/10/2025 was so awful to us we will never come back. We placed an online order and someone else ordered with the same name as us, when we got to the window she told us we didn't pay when we did, when we said that no we paid, she snapped at us accusing us of not. She read the order out and it was completely wrong, then she finally found the right order, which was paid for. She told us to park and wait at the window because they messed up our order and it wasn't ready yet, so we did. When she came out, she shoved the wrong order into my hands, I asked where my drink was and she yelled "IT SAYS NO DRINK ON THERE" then slammed the door in my face. She then came back with the right order, still missing the baja blast. When she finally brought it out I just flatly said, "you are very rude". She the told me to "fix my attitude" when she was the one slamming doors and ignoring us when we told her the order was wrong. I work in customer service, I know how people can be, but we were extremely nice, normal and patient with her. I have never experienced someone so vile before. Ew.

Apparently because I didn't tip enough, the delivery driver decided to keep part of the order for himself. What Food was delivered was merely okay because the sauces were absent as well. While this might not keep me from Taco Bell, this will keep me from this location and from ever doing delivery again. Also, the individual who prepared the order put irremovable tape across the drink lid, making the use of a straw impossible, unless I wanted to drink tape residue. Unpleasant experience all around.

Ordered chips with cheese/queso sauce. This was all the cheese sauce provided to us. It was not enough. Felt a little ripped off on this purchase.

Gave us the wrong order so we had to go to the front to ask for it and then they made us go wait in the drive through again instead of giving it to us right there. Picked up our order and the tacos had barely anything in them. They were basically taco shells. Employees didn’t apologize or comp for making us wait for almost 20 minutes again. Worst Taco Bell order and awful employees.

This location has the best quality food and size out of any of the Portland area Taco Bells that I have been to. They've also kept their prices decent when some of the other franchises have raised them so high that it defeats the purpose of eating fast and cheap food. I drive three times as far to come to eat at this location rather than the one that's close to me. They also have a big parking lot and a fast drive-thru. The only downside for me is that I like to dine in, and due to the location, there are sometimes people who come in to bother diners.
9:30 at night and they wont accept in store or outdoor pickup online. Change your website if you will only let people access drive through then I wont walk here in the rain.
Worst taco bell experience in Portland. The workers are incompetent and can't handle simple orders. They really need to find new jobs where speed isn't required because they are SLOWWWWW AF. Do yourself a favor and go to any other taco bell.
