This Taco Bell was small. I got the $7 Luxe box. The lady didnt even give me a cup for my root beer so we had to tell her to give me one

I placed a delivery order for 3 simple items from this location. What was supposed to have taken 20 minutes turned into over an hour. The first delivery driver waited so long for my food that he gave up. I ended up cancelling my order entirely and getting a refund. There’s absolutely no way they were so busy at 4 AM that it would take that long.

Pretty clearly prioritizes drive-thru. They don't even have staff anymore up front, instead forcing you to use the machines. Guess they're just too shameless to pay for the extra employee, even though they clearly need it with their wait times. Can't even blame the employees there.

We eat a lot of Taco Bell. I don't usually have a problem if I'm picking up my order. But 9 times out of 10, if I order delivery my order is wrong.
They were very nice but my crunchwrap was 2/3 empty. Just sad and flat.

Ordered a quesadilla with stuff on the side. Accidentally ordered it on top. Im autistic and i legit cant swallow certain foods mixed and its pathetic but it is what it is. I ask if they can please redo it for me because i didnt know. I was told I’d have to pay again. But that was all of my money. Heres to going hungry tonight. Cheers.

The store is close to this 24 hours and it closes at midnight. I’ve driven down there many nights just for them to be closed. Fix your hours.
