Food was good, but I hate using the kiosks. The was friendly, but he almost shorted me 2 dollars by mistake, but he quckly corrected the matter when I told him. I also told him it was dine-in, but I still had to request a trey when my food was brought out.

I had to get 4 tacos as replacements for some that were left out of a drive through order. A staff member inside was insistent every taco was in the box and they were very annoyed that I disagreed. After 30 seconds of back and forth he made a snarky comment, crumpled up my receipt, laughed, and left. I received some of the smallest crunchy tacos I have ever seen as replacements. The taco in the picture was the largest of the bunch.
The staff member claimed to have camera footage of him making all the tacos and initially offered to show it to me. When I agreed and wanted to see the footage, he suddenly did not have time for that and could not send it to me if I left my email.
At this point they’re not even trying. After several times not getting all of our food and having what we did get wrong (extra meat when asked to have no meat), we stopped going there. Just went back after a few months because we were right there… same thing. My husband should’ve checked, but we didn’t even get half our food. Cheesy roll ups? Just cold cheese in a tortilla. Bean burritos we did get? Exploded and inedible. Thanks guys.

Doing doordash, I go to a lot of different restaurants and very rarely do any of them offer me even a drink, which I personally think is kind of callous as we are an extension of their company in this delivery capacity. At least that's how I see it from an independent contractor perspective. Anyways I digress, one of the employees here in the evenings often offers me a small soda. I usually don't review the restaurants i doordash at since I feel like I don't have an appropriate perspective I have also eaten here quite a few times, and can definitely say this place is absolutely glitter. Having a friendly and appreciative attitude towards customer service goes a long way towards making your restaurant stand out from the crowd.
