Missed a few items from my order.

We just got dinner around 4pm and they put my taco in upside so when I went to go grab my food out, the taco had completely fallen out over everything, it wasn't even wrapped up (see photo). I wouldn't have left a review just for that, because it can be an honest mistake, but then my spouse's quesadilla wasn't even cut. Staff is friendly, but it'd be appreciated if food could be packaged better. Thank you

I don’t usually leave reviews because I’ve worked in fast food so I’m pretty tolerant. However, I’ve given this Taco Bell too many chances. They mess up my order every. Single. Time. They even forgot the beef in my taco once!? I get it, it’s fast food, you don’t have to care about your job really but you should at least be able to follow instructions, especially since I’m spending my money on it. I don’t understand how that’s so difficult. Not a huge loss to say this but I won’t be returning even though it’s a 3 minute drive from my place. I’d rather venture to the one 20 minutes away if I want Taco Bell. Lesson learned.

Store does not open or close according to their posted hours. Always a gamble when you go there if they will be open or not and will be forced to wait days to get a refund for the items you ordered

Witnessed an incredibly rude and impatient customer accost an employee over an online order. The staff was obviously overwhelmed with many customers inside and in the drive through. Employee Albert handle him very kindly and professionally. Shout out to the entire team here. They are awesome.

It’s a shame other employees and customers have to deal with someone like Sarah, at least that’s what they go by and didn’t have the audacity to introduce themselves. Spent nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 tacos costing nearly all my break and when I asked Crystal at the drive thru for an explanation, Sarah mumbled some words at him before he said “She didn’t say anything of use to me” where I had to step in and politely ask if there was a training situation or an explanation for why this was taking so long to where Sarah rudely responded by invalidating me being on a lunch break and shutting down my complaint by just walking away like a child. This store would a be a lot better with this person no longer working there, maybe the food would be better and not take a millennia to acquire. And the team would actually have help.
