Horrible service the guy who was working there totally ignored us at the counter we waited too long. He was on his phone while working on an order. He could have acknowledged us but didn’t. We left and will never go back again! It was on September 19 at about 12:45 pm.

I went to this Taco Bell on 9/19 the customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. There was 5 lazy people in the back and they NEVER filled my order, I did get a refund, but the one male working there gave a big time attitude never never go here.
The guy with a mustache was rude to me and I paid for exta meat and got no meat at all. This Taco Bell is so bad compared to most I’ve been to!

I will never eat at Taco Bell again..2nd time ive tried to order something at cashier and told to use kiosk to order. What ever happen to personability. So I took my deneros to subway. I hear it from many people, if they have to order through kiosk and have to pay cash w register then it to much time. Keep it simple Bell!!! 1 less customer

Everytime I get food from this location I get something that is either stale, cold, or made wrong. It really feels like the owner doesn't care which makes the employees not care. I know taco bell is late night drinking food but people do eat it during the day.

Warning: If you pay with cash after tossing your order in the kiosk, go up and nag them as you won't know to do so and will just wait until you die of hunger or they close. Not the employees fault.
