The staff were phenomenal hard to say that for most Fast food restaurants these days but they were great. Terrible teens late at night but what can you do. Kids are gunna be kids.

They totally ignore anyone in the bldg. Failed to complete my order that was clearly marked on the receipt. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be addressed but was never once addressed by cooks or window. Had to jump behind the counter to get the rest of my order/ drink cup. Nobody looked twice at me.

I have been here many times because I love close by, but the food quality is consistently poor. Only one food item I have ever purchased from here was actually good. Everything else is stale and dry like it's been sitting out for hours. And to add insult to injury, every food item has less ingredients than other locations. The amount of beef in my tacos and burritos is paper thin. The location on SW Hall is much better.

The older woman who works the drive thru window at night needs to be taken off that position. She cannot properly communicate with people and confirm simple orders and names.
After waiting for 5-6 min in the drive thru sitting at the window someone else came and helped as she was trying to hand me the wrong drinks.
I then had to pull around and wait longer because she never checked me in for my online order.
I confirmed my name 5 times is English and Spanish.
This is not a language barrier issue. This is a basic mental comprehension issue.
