Get to this place at 12:40 in the morning to pick up a delivery. There is a full size semi truck blocking all of the parking but it's nearly 1:00 a.m. so I get into the nearly empty drive-thru. The guy goes "what do you want" rudely I tell him he tells me I need to come inside "okay I guess so." Now he knows there's no exit lane he knows that I'm working and he knows that he has a minivan parked at the window it is now 1:03 this minivan has not moved. I called the store and asked them nicely if they would please park the minivan so that those of us trapped behind it can leave I'm not even trying to pick up the order anymore I just want to go. He was rude to me on the phone and that was 10 minutes ago. The minivan has not moved.... Update I made it out of that drive-thru at 1:07 I did not go in and get the order obviously they have priorities other than serving food at the moment.

What’s the in having your hours start at 8am if I’m going to show up to your drive through at 8:15 and you tell me you won’t be open until 9. Open hours are a thing for a reason

$27 for absolute garbage! All hard tacos were broken! They gave me the wrong sauce. The items were poorly prepared and the combos were missing items as well. Don't go to this location!

Store manager or employee was completely disrespectful, should not be working. There was prioritizing drive-thru orders and we were doordashing waiting there for 35 minutes. Watching them completely disrespect us at almost 10:00 at night. It was the worst experience I've ever had, simply just getting some food
Ordered some food and halfway through the meal noticed multiple black and gray hairs in the taco I was eating. Ruined Taco Bell as a whole honestly. If numerous hairs are appearing in one taco I can’t imagine the state of the kitchen. Would 0/5 if I could.

Dear taco bell corporate office; please require your employees to wear a hairnet. I found not one, but two hairs in my first bite. After going to taco bell tons of times in many different cities, I unfortunately will not be going back to this location. Which is also right by my house.
