Dang, this place gets a lot of hate. This is the best TB I’ve been to personally! The food is always FRESH & loaded with ingredients! All other TBs I’ve gone to, give old food. Also, the one time my order was wrong, they gave me a coupon for a free taco. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but 🤷🏼♀️

If I were the general manager of Taco Bell, the first thing I would do is fire the manager of this restaurant. This place has irresponsible and very rude employees. Some of them talk in a way that sounds like they want to start a fight when you speak to them. Either shut this restaurant down or replace the staff with proper employees.

Went through the drive through and just got to work only to find there is no food in the bag, it's just a bag full of hot sauce. Call and they say it's my fault and I need to come in for a refund. What a joke!

I go here alot, mostly late nights and because I work in a kitchen...unfortunately tonight wasn't my best experience, whomever was taking my order was rude and extremely put out, if you don't want to be at work, I can spend my money elsewhere. Check your tone, ingrate.

Taco Bell Martin Luther King Blvd. 😡 I ordered the chicken strips from Taco Bell, and they were absolutely terrible. They were super dry, hard as a rock, and honestly tasted like they’d been refried multiple times. Completely inedible! I can’t believe they charged $7.60 for this — it’s outrageous. Whoever made these needs to rethink what they’re serving people. Total waste of money and a horrible experience.

Says it closes at 3am, Iv been driving almost a mile away because the lights are all off outside after midnight and no open sign to be be seen, tonight I drove up and wow it’s opened, seems it’s deliberate to have it all off. Workers seemed bothered I drove up to order. I’ll drive further away for better service.
I like taco bell but this place is a hit or miss sadly. I enjoy the food but unfortunately there is an issue with items missing in my order or things being wrong. Other than that, the staff are nice and the food always does taste fresh.

If you enjoy listening to adult less preteens yell at the top of their lungs, brag about cyber bullying, leave trash all over others table and occasionally run around like it’s a playground this is your place. Never been in a single other fast food place that allows this to go on, even when there are 5x the number of kids present.
The employees stand around dumbfounded and do nothing to make the place tolerable to paying customers.
My experience is this is more a daycare than a place to grab a quick snack.
Whoever owns this franchise should step up and do the bare minimum to send the kids who loiter in here elsewhere.

Ok I know it’s just Taco Bell but the employees here make it so great. I have a 16 month old who eats very selectively but he loves it here. So we visit a lot and eat in here a lot, which means my baby puts his hands on the windows, makes a mess and screams at times but the employees are ALWAYS kind and go so far above and beyond for us 🥺 They make it special.
