I was in the drive thru picking up an order. The guy at the window made four cars in a row park in the parking lot to wait for the food. Seems like they are trying to fudge their numbers and make it seem like they get people through the drive thru fast, only to make them wait in the parking lot instead. This is 4am, sunday morning, Dec 14, 2025. This is unacceptable service and needs to be looked into! After waiting over 10 mins, i cancelled the delivery order. I don't get paid enough this. I hope the customer enjoys the cold food once it finally get made and delivered!

Youll have better service at McDonald's 2 blocks north. I understand its 82nd, but there's always some homeless here begging. Sit in the drive through for almost 15 minutes, whats the point of fast food if just ordering takes half my lunch.

Stopped by on this dark and stormy Tuesday evening and was greeting by Allison in the drivethrough; her enthusiasm and friendliness elevated the experience beyond what I expect for a fastfood stop. The food as always was hot and delicious, even though our side of sour cream was lost to the annals of time. I look forward to returning again for good food and a cheerful greeting!

I bust my ass come here to eat and wait for 20 minutes and no food. I left so I spent 10 dollars to not get served. Staff your restaurant or shut it down out of respect. Horrible service
Girl with blonde or pink hair was absolutely disgusting, heard her yelling at another worker while we waited for our food & than our food was almost thrown at the window at us, than when we got home we got our food just to find out we paid 27$ for basically 10$ of food. If I was the cook I’d appreciate my job! Cause after this she won’t be working there. Also I puked from how much salt was put on my chips it was like she was angry or something yet we didn’t speak to her, kinda wanna press charges sodium can kill people!! PS the cook, blonde with undone roots & pink ends. Needs to be fired.

I ordered at the kiosk, including a combo meal of three taco supremes. I modified each one for extra beef. Not only did they not have extra beef, they had very little beef at all. I was charged an extra $2.40 for something I did not get. Not the first time this has happened to me.
EDIT - went back today, 7/30/25 and ordered at the kiosk again because the store appeared to be empty. I ordered sauces because the sauce containers for self serve were empty again, probably to prevent loss.
No drinks were offered until my order came and I had to ask for them. Got the bag to my table and there were no sauces despite me listing them on the order. I went to the counter and had to wait for someone to notice me to ask for sauces. By then my taco was stale.
Also, a Burrito Supreme is now $6.39.

It took them 30 min to make an order for 2 people. (Only one person had ordered before us.)
We ordered on the kiosk and it took about 10-15 min for an employee to notice us standing there to ask if we needed anything.
We took it to-go, and once we were in the car, I noticed they also got my order wrong.

Ordered through the app, when I arrived they said they were out of beef and fried items. I order a chalupa meal and they said they couldn’t fulfill the order so they said they would replace the chalupa with a soft taco?? They told the lady in front of me that it would be a couple minutes for the beef to be made so I figured I could wait. Once I got up to the window they asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait. They helped about 7 cars and 25 mins later I still hadn’t gotten my food not sure why they were serve everyone else but me. Pulled around the drive thru again to see if my food was done and the drive thru girl started talking crap about me to her co workers. Tried giving the wrong drink and gave me attitude when I said that was the wrong drink. Got home and all the food tasted off, had a couple bites and my stomach is already cramping. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
