I ordered at the kiosk, including a combo meal of three taco supremes. I modified each one for extra beef. Not only did they not have extra beef, they had very little beef at all. I was charged an extra $2.40 for something I did not get. Not the first time this has happened to me.
EDIT - went back today, 7/30/25 and ordered at the kiosk again because the store appeared to be empty. I ordered sauces because the sauce containers for self serve were empty again, probably to prevent loss.
No drinks were offered until my order came and I had to ask for them. Got the bag to my table and there were no sauces despite me listing them on the order. I went to the counter and had to wait for someone to notice me to ask for sauces. By then my taco was stale.
Also, a Burrito Supreme is now $6.39.

We ordered on the kiosk and it took about 10-15 min for an employee to notice us standing there to ask if we needed anything.
We took it to-go, and once we were in the car, I noticed they also got my order wrong.

Ordered through the app, when I arrived they said they were out of beef and fried items. I order a chalupa meal and they said they couldn’t fulfill the order so they said they would replace the chalupa with a soft taco?? They told the lady in front of me that it would be a couple minutes for the beef to be made so I figured I could wait. Once I got up to the window they asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait. They helped about 7 cars and 25 mins later I still hadn’t gotten my food not sure why they were serve everyone else but me. Pulled around the drive thru again to see if my food was done and the drive thru girl started talking crap about me to her co workers. Tried giving the wrong drink and gave me attitude when I said that was the wrong drink. Got home and all the food tasted off, had a couple bites and my stomach is already cramping. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Firstly we LOVE Taco Bell. We've been eating it since the 70's. Every time we get food from this location it's a problem. Missing food, food not made correctly, rancid chips. We have avoided it for a while but then today one of the kids asked for it so we rolled the dice. And again it was the same thing. Incorrect sodas, missing an item, one prepared incorrectly, no sauce packets, and rancid taco shells. So dinner was ruined for everyone. We won't make that mistake again. Someone needs to step in and wrangle this location.

One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. Complete waste of time and money. I ordered a taco supreme, and it came with barely anything inside — just some meat and a bit of shredded cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. When I asked about the missing toppings I paid extra for, the employee said, “We’re out, that’s why it’s just meat and cheese.” No heads-up when ordering, no apology.
I also asked about the nacho cheese — it looked like someone just smeared a tiny bit on and called it a day. She said she’d speak to the manager and came back with a side of beef and nacho cheese… which wasn’t even what I asked for.
The service was careless and dismissive, and based on this visit, the bad reviews about this location are 100% accurate. I won’t be coming back.

I came to this restaurant today to pick up my order. Even though the restaurant was almost empty and not busy at all, they still made me wait for a long time and didn’t cooperate properly. I was left waiting without attention, and my order was delayed. The staff behavior was also unprofessional. Please look into this issue.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have driven out of my way to avoid this Taco Bell. EVERY time I give it a try it’s the most poorly made, horrible food I have ever gotten. This place needs a MAJOR corporate overhaul

Ordered some food tonight, sadly it wasn't good. My two soft tacos were made wrong but also one of them was made with brownish old lettuce that look disgusting. I live in Fairview OR but was In the area so l stopped by this location, since I'm about 20 min away, it would be a waste of my time to even return to complain. Even my soda was watered down, like the syrup bag needed to be replaced, but wasn't. The Store is ran by teenagers that probably don't care. Honestly it has me questioning if the rest of my food is safe to even eat.
