Ordered online through grubhub for the first time and ordered a crunchwrap with no nacho cheese add creamy jalapeno sauce. Paid the upcharge for the sauce even though it is really a substitution and not an “add”. Instead got a crunchwrap with NO sauce. The bean and cheese burrito was not a special order but was dry and also had no sauce.
I tried again a second time and ordered 3 cheesy rollups add creamy jalapeno sauce and they again came with no sauce. So now Ive paid the upcharge on four separate items for sauce I never received. Either something is wrong with your online ordering system or someone is just not reading your orders.
And what is the point of taco bell without sauce? Literally the only reason people eat taco bell is for the convenience late at night and the sauce, the food without the sauce is not even mediocre

I just got out of this store. I went in to purchase a small cup for soda as I waited for my uber ride. The cashier and manager said that I would have to order myself from the kiosk because even though they gave cashiers because they would "get in trouble for taking orders up here." Which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever...
