Placed order at drive through, almost $50. I asked the window guy if the mexifries were both in there and the tacos. He said “yes”. Handed me food and started to shut window. I said, “Wait, there are two drinks missing”. He goes and puts drinks together, I drive off. Very dark, rainy night. When I get home, missing two tacos & one mexifry. I call, and tell them, & person on phone says, “you can come back & get them”. I said “I’m not, rainy, dark, I’ll come by on Monday & get a refund. He says “okay”. I said do you need my name, he said “no, I have the ticket”. I mean really. We all know who went without food that night, really pissed me off, poor customer service, actually no customer service. When I went to get refund, manager said, “who was it at the window?”, like I would know. I said who was working? He then said, oh he’s new. So I said, perhaps more training is needed & customer service skills need to be taught. He then asked if I wanted the food or a refund. Didn’t the kid right that down? I’ve been a Taco Time customer since I was a kid, when they opened up on the U of O campus. I may never return, I now understand why so many have closed. Very disappointing.

Love Taco Time food
This place was deserted. It makes me sad when a place that has quality food and staff is so empty

I love Taco Time. Their crisp meat burritos and the taco salad I had were very tasty, seasoned well and fresh! Wish there were more Taco Times around to patronize.

I paid $15 for a soggy chicken strip wrapped in shredded cabbage. I really want my money back.

The service here is always spot on. On days I drive to Portland from the coast, I usually stop in for tacos 🌮. The food is good too. We don't have a Taco time where we live. This is honestly the only place I will eat fast food. The gentleman at the drive-through is very attentive and kind.

Great service, super nice employees. A terrible chain restaurant however that I rarely ever frequent. Was duped by a friend that the fish taco was good. It was not. Just go eat real Mexican.

The food is OK, it didn't suck, and it was better than Taco Bell, so there is that, but not much. It tastes like corporate food. Service was great, but the food is not like the Taco Time in Western Washington. It was my first time trying this brand of TacoTime, and I probably will never go back.

Drove by the old apartment and had a traditional Oregon lunch of a crisp bean burrito and mexitots. You know what you are going to get when you order and that's good enough for me.
