One of the best taco places in Portland! No frills, exactly the way a delicious taco should be.

Another neighborhood treasure gone :( he had some of the juiciest pastor around, and excellent corn tortillas. Plus he would serve his tacos with a roasted pepper and tortilla chips. Now it is a birria taco truck that is kind of expensive. RIP Pa'Ella, you will be missed

My favorite tacos! I go here often and it's always delicious. I also love the quesadillas, burritos, and salsa.

This place never disappoints! It's been forever my go-to whenever I head to Portland. (I live in Eugene) I cannot express with the amount of words on how delicious this place is. I love there burritos, tortas, tacos, quesabirria and sopes. I will say bring cash and make sure to check their Instagram to see if their open!

Owner is an absolute delight! Made me a California burrito that could have lasted me through winter.

You know when you're expecting a really good dinner and find out the spot you wanted was closed? It rare that the place you go to instead is even better than what you originally wanted!! We started with Birria tacos and an Al pastor taco not knowing what to expect. It was so good we had to get more! I'm glad we tried the carnitas too because it didn't disappoint. I'll definitely be back!

Was recommended by a family member because I was craving street tacos, the man working (owner im assuming) was so hospitable and kind great customer service made me feel welcomed for my first time eating there and to top things off the food was great would eat here with friends or anybody highly recommend.

Without a doubt the best Mexican street food in Portland. Very friendly owner/vendor, good prices (for Portland, anyway), good location. One big problem though is that he no longer seems to keep regular or predictable hours. I sincerely hope the owner isn't having health problems, and that maybe his hours are erratic just because he can with food that good. You more or less have to go by and see if he's open for business, and have a plan B if he's not (the Mexican cart near Killingsworth and 25th is a good plan B, though of course the food isn't as good). But Tacos Pa'Ella is worth the gamble of driving down and seeing if you're lucky.

BEST tacos made by the NICEST guy! I’ve been here at least a dozen times & have been met with the same high quality, flavor & kindness every time. The perfectly seasoned jalepeño he puts on the side is a blessing to my mouth.

So I would have posted pictures with this meal but it didn’t last long enough. My partner had the classic burrito with Asada and I had the three taco combo of asada, pastor, and carnitas. When I tell you all 4 of these items were constructed to perfection I am not kidding you. The flavors stacked beautifully with each other and the really just impressed me as someone who has both lived in Texas and around Detroit (both have sizable Mexican populations with great food) I can safely say this place is amazing. Run, do not walk, to this food truck. Cash only is the only draw back but it’s well worth. Plus the guy running it was a really nice older gentleman. We will be back!

Y'ALLLLLL. This place is SO GOOD. Definitely the best Mexican food I've had in Portland. Everything is made with love and tastes so fresh and flavorful - the asada and carnitas had a robust and gorgeous flavor, the tortillas are hearty and eating them feels like a hug from your grandma, and can I talk about the rice and beans??? These rice n beans are no mere afterthought, reduced to being filler foods. No. They are given the same love and attention as the main course items. Go here now - your tongue and tum will be like, "THANK UUUU"

Excellent burritos and tasty homemade sauces. Really hits the burrito spot when you've got the craving.

We've gotten tacos here a few times, they are our favorite! The tortillas are soft but don't fall apart, their pi example habanero salsa is THE BEST. Friendly service as well.

There's just one ultra friendly guy that works here and makes legit tacos and burritos. I'd get a few a week and they were always top notch for Portland. Seriously, just go. Cash only!
