"We tried their ramen: Tori Shio and Shoyu. They are traditional Japanese 'Chuka Soba,' and while they look beautiful, the taste is just okay. It's difficult to find authentic, old-style chicken broth and thick wavy noodles in the U.S., so overall, their ramen is good!"
Snow Peak's first affiliated restaurant in the United States is a slightly high-end Japanese restaurant. It recently changed its chef. The lunch and dinner menus are different, so this time I came for lunch.

The waiter didn't show us a table and asked us to find a seat by ourselves, and it was a time when there were almost no other customers. I ate ramen and sushi. The soy sauce soup of the ramen was good, but the chicken broth was slightly sweet and...
The vibe of the place is lovely, and the service was attentive. We had been here before the closure, and this is our first time back since it reopened. We used to enjoy the old menu.
