The Birria is awesome. I've had Birria from BirriaPDX, Papi Chulos in downtown, this place competes with all of the best and its so close to Costco which is nice when making grocery trips.I ate the food before I could add photos, the food was individually wrapped into attractive portions separated by wax paper, comes with the sauce and meat in the cup if you get Birria. Owners name is Carlos and actually has a really nice looking food truck rather than being the typical portland grunge look. 5 starsGoogle shows a house next door, but this spot is actually the brand new looking orange food truck by the tobacco stand.
