Legit Mexican food. Good salsa bar. Looked like they had some remodeling when we went over the weekend as there was a lot of junk/trash piled on one side of the otherwise empty restaurant. Turns out they’re getting their bar ready for their forthcoming liquor license. Looking forward to coming back for a margarita!

If only there were more than 5 stars allowed.. cause honestly the food was phenomenal! As a native New Yorker being around a variety of foods and flavors, this spot may have given me some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Cuco really treats you with respect and we were in Portland for 5 days and had to come back twice!

Burrito was good, but they did not label mods at all. Two chicken burritos, one was no cheese, add avocado and other was no sour cream. Both came labeled as chicken with nothing else, so we had to cut open the burritos which defeats the whole point of a burrito.
