We entered the store, wanting some hot tea without milk. After placing the order we had some questions on how the tea is made. We were polite in asking if we could get a regular tea-bag tea but were met with rude responses and condescending attitude. In fact we were scared to ask more questions. We took our 5.5 dollar powdered tea and trashed it.

Great staff and love the location! However, PLEASE bring back the old strawberry milk recipe! I don’t know what it is but it just taste bland now (I’ve had different people make it so I know it’s not just me ?) but anyways! This is my go to place always! ❤️

Service staff were friendly. Could not choose sweetness level or ice. It was one size fits all with a cup full of ice. For $7 plus tip, I don't want a boba full of ice.

Soooooo good! Tea & Tea has a large selection of boba drinks and they even have bubble waffles! Division street is becoming so popular and this place just makes it better! I love the big open windows to the outside and the customer service was a 10! I will definitely be

Tea & Tea workers are so sweet and kind, their strawberry lemonade with lychee jelly is amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place !!!
