I genuinely love this place but I don't know what it is but the quality has sincerely went down since they first opened. I was obsessed in the beginning but now every time I go the tea tastes like it's made with tap water and the boba is always over cooked. The employees are so nice so I definitely hope this is just genuine feedback. I'd love to continue to go here especially as we head into spring time soon.

Great staff and love the location! However, PLEASE bring back the old strawberry milk recipe! I don’t know what it is but it just taste bland now (I’ve had different people make it so I know it’s not just me ?) but anyways! This is my go to place always! ❤️

I enjoyed my visit to Tea& Tea. I am always on the look out for milk tea shops and was excited to see the coming soon sign a few months ago. The interior is modern and the service was great during my visit. I took my tea to go. I got the mango milk tea at 25% sweet with pudding and it was great. Overall, it's a great addition to Portland's Tea Scene and I wouldn't hesitate to try their other locations as well.

The Tea & Tea on Division is a great location for dessert lovers. It's next to Salt and Straw, Blue Star donuts, and soon to be Insomnia cookies. For large groups that have different tastes, this location is sure to serve everyone. Me personally, I prefer to drink my dessert and Tea & Tea is the perfect place to do it. The service is phenomenal. I had a very patient clerk walk me through the entire menu before I decided on a Matcha milk tea. It was perfect with the chewiest of boba. Definitely recommend!

Division Street needed a bubble tea place, and I'm glad the new TEA & TEA BUBBLE TEA SHOP has arrived. They have a very good variety of teas and toppings plus they have flavored egg waffles to munch on. The shop is in an excellent location and is sparkling clean. Employees there were helpful in explaining options. The only downside is that it's nearly impossible to find a place to park around there.
