Consistently mediocre. The tea itself is fine, the boba is ALWAYS half cooked and hard in the middle. Boba should be soft and chewy.Every once in a while I give this place a chance and each time I get subpar boba at best.Save your money.

Quality over quantity, very limited variety/options, limited seating. Pricey, street parking wasn't easy to find. Nothing unique or interesting, just a few coffee and tea options available. Tea was good but there wasn't any reason why we'd go back.

very quiet in here and the staff was very friendly. Drinks were also good and the staff was accommodating to my dietary restrictions.

It could've been better! This was my first time and am not planning on coming back. Their tea drinks both hot and cold were too weak and too dilute!Nice walkable neighborhood on this side of town, right across from a decent Tanner Springs Park with close proximity to the waterfront so I do understand the why behind the 4-star rating both on Yelp and Google Reviews. The staff took my order clearly exhibited the body language that they preferred to be elsewhere. I was going through the menu with specific questions so it took a bit longer and I also said it was my first time there. And nothing, not even a word of "Oh take your time" or "Let me know if you have any questions about the menu " or even offered suggestions with their best seller or seasonal menu, nada! Perhaps Tea Bar made it and built enough fan base for profit so no need to earn new patrons.I decided to order these 4 items to get a broader taste of what they offered:-Blue Majik Detox, 16oz, $6.75: iced only, it was so light to the point of flavorless and tasteless. I did not smell any hint of the organic lavender tea and definitely did not taste the cold-pressed lemon juice at all.-Hojicha Rose Latte-Seasonal, 12oz, $7.00 (extra $1 for Oatly): hot, I could taste the house-made Egyptian rose sweetener and was glad I got oat milk which helped enhance the flavor a bit for me.-Prosciutto Gruyere Croissant (warmed), $6.50: I came in right at 4:30 pm so if this was made on the same day, it definitely lost all of its flakiness. The layers stuck together so it was forgettable and nothing special about the prosciutto.-Lindsays Mini Olive Oil Cake, $8.00: it looked alluring so I was excited and had high hopes for it. Oil it was, even too oiled for me. I thought it was going to be moistened which is my preference for cake, but it was not moist or light at all. It was way too sweet for my taste. I only had a few spoons and asked for a to-go box. To my surprise, they do not have boxes, only cookie bag size. I understand boxes cost more, yet if you sell any baked goods with loaded powder on top, a bag to go is not cool at all.Parking: Hard to find paid street parking between 2-4 hours.

Nice clean place. Loved the simplicity of it. I was told they had the best matcha in town. It was my first time having one and it was great!

Great seasonal options! I got the strawberry milk matcha and it sounds delightful! The prices are very reasonable for the pear area.
