Got a small pot of Guyusa tea last time I went and read a local magazine from a table. Well-brewed teas, variety of seating, and nice view out the window. I loved the teapot and option to choose cup/mug size, too. However, it is not wheelchair or disability accessible; there is a long flight of stairs to reach the cafè.
Really good tea selections, and there is a shelf where you can smell before you commit to anything. They can make all the choices into lattes or boba, so there's always something fun to choose from.

Portal Tea is literally my favorite tea shot in Portland. First off, they have SO MANY OPTIONS! For someone like myself who can't have caffeine or certain things (mint, grapefruit, orange) having such a wide selection of herbal or decaf teas that aren't just chamomile, means the world to me. It's a very cozy space with wifi, I can always find an open seat. Their Marion Berry poptarts are (chefs kiss), I will literally take the bus all the way from N Portland to...
