My host told me that this “cart pod,” Cartlandia was a very Portland experience walking distance from her home. New to the area, I went to check it out. Pretty good American style sushi. I hit their food truck at my office and it was a nice meal. The menu featured many of their Sushi Burrito's which is the outside rice is fried to provide a crisp texture. The Black Widow, I had was tasty.
Pretty good!! The poke was fresh, the salad was good, the sushi was fine, but it was served with no soy sauce of wasabi. The chicken could have been prepped better, lots of fatty and stringy pieces.
