Went back for the Poké bowl I really like, but this time I ended up leaving because the worker was honestly just really rude. They gave me attitude and made me feel stupid, and they did it so fast it was almost impressive.
Even though I’ve been going here for a while and absolutely love their Poké bowls, their customer service has never been great, and this was the final straw for me. Customer service is the one thing that’ll keep me as a customer, there’s too many good places in Portland for this

Been saying this for years, best sushi burritos in town! They’re big, full of flavor, fresh ingredients and hold together well. Service is always quick and easy. Definitely a go to quick and healthy meal for me. Mt Fuji is my fav!

Love their food but wow are they rude. We stood at the window for at least 15 minutes until we were even acknowledged, they abruptly told us wouldn’t take our order, then continued to ignore me when I simply wanted to ask how long until they would continue taking orders. There was no line. Not one person while we were waiting.

The Mount Fuji is the best sushirito I have ever encountered, bar none.
My dad and I went to Prost today and I ordered the chicken katsudon, and it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever tried. Crispy, well seasoned, tender, not too salty with a sauce that struck a perfect balance between salty umami and sweet. The seaweed salad, rice and green salad helped with cutting the richness of the fried chicken.

Inedible tough beef not worth $14. Latest menu has udon but no more ramen. Had to get lunch somewhere else, waste of money.

Had one of there Mega rolls. Have not seen them since I was in Japan. Kinda like an over stuffed burrito except it is an overstuffed sushi roll. If you like sushi and raw fish then you have to try one of these. Highly recommended.
The setting was kind of like a food truck court but they were all trailers. Many of them looked more permanent than portable. Some covered seating and some outdoor seating. Lots of variety to please everyone.
