Inedible tough beef not worth $14. Latest menu has udon but no more ramen. Had to get lunch somewhere else, waste of money.

Had one of there Mega rolls. Have not seen them since I was in Japan. Kinda like an over stuffed burrito except it is an overstuffed sushi roll. If you like sushi and raw fish then you have to try one of these. Highly recommended.
The setting was kind of like a food truck court but they were all trailers. Many of them looked more permanent than portable. Some covered seating and some outdoor seating. Lots of variety to please everyone.

It was generally good! The only thing was I had sort of a hard time keeping the sushi burrito all together. Ha ha

I had Teppenayaki Hut booked for a corporate event the other week and the catering was amazing. Every guest loved the food they provided and both chef's were so kind. 10/10 would recommend TH for any corporate event or private function!

The mt fuji is some how better than the sum of it's parts... They're cooking the rice with some crazy recipe or something, cause it's so good. Better than will made sushi good. I usually think burritos are silly and worse than sushi.....This, this is good.

Very tasty!! Great service & cute little venue. I had the Poke Rice bowl. Melt in your mouth fish 😋😋😋
Had the tempura shrimp udon and it was just okay the noodles were good but the broth was a bit off for me. The tempura shrimp was awesome though and their dipping sauce was good. The Gyoza was good as well. I'd try them again for sure. Love the food cart ambiance here.

Poke bowl ⭐⭐⭐⭐- not amazing but not horrible, will definitely satisfy a craving. I'd come back.- Was not expecting anything mind blowing from a food cart tho! I think it's worth it.- not a ton of sauce which I appreciate bc it's not covering up for bad fish- fish quality was ok, but wish there was more- love the little onion crunches and fresh veggies

Eruption burrito is a bomb! Will come back.
First time here and ordered the black widow. I'm a little indifferent about the soft shell crab part - seems like an empty tempura shell. The rest of the roll was good. Probably wouldn't try that again. It did take quite some time to get the 1 roll that I was able to order burger and fries from another cart during my wait.
