The mt fuji is some how better than the sum of it's parts... They're cooking the rice with some crazy recipe or something, cause it's so good. Better than will made sushi good. I usually think burritos are silly and worse than sushi.....This, this is good.

My favorite food cart was closed today, so I tried something new, the Teppanyaki Hut. Quick and friendly service to order. Our meals were prepared quickly for a short wait. We ordered the Shrimp Tempura Bowl and a Double Dragon Sushi Burrito, Both were amazing. I highly recommend this food cart on Mississippi St.

Had the tempura shrimp udon and it was just okay the noodles were good but the broth was a bit off for me. The tempura shrimp was awesome though and their dipping sauce was good. The Gyoza was good as well. I'd try them again for sure. Poke bowl ⭐⭐⭐⭐- not amazing but not horrible, will definitely satisfy a craving. I'd come back.- Was not expecting anything mind blowing from a food cart tho! I think it's worth it.- not a ton of sauce which I appreciate bc it's not covering up for bad fish- fish quality was ok, but wish there was more- love the little onion crunches and fresh veggies

First time here and ordered the black widow. I'm a little indifferent about the soft shell crab part - seems like an empty tempura shell. The rest of the roll was good. Probably wouldn't try that again. It did take quite some time to get the 1 roll that I was able to order burger and fries from another cart during my wait.Parking: Parking is 2 hours free on the street.

I got a veggie sushi "burrito" and my friend got the volcanic eruption and we both loved them! Ive eaten here multiple times and it's generally super satisfying. Friendly enough service and the food tasted fresh. Will be back!

What an unassuming surprise this place is among the rest!I had the sushirito of my dreams here and the only thing I changed on the Mt Fuji was the fish only being salmon. The flavorful seaweed roll was so taught and perfectly packed to have deliciousness in every bite. The service was friendly and quick when they appeared, they were advertising for help and maybe they were feeling the deficit when I showed up--the lady before me and myself stood at the window a good 5 min before anyone appeared. I was only sorry to discover them on a Sunday when they wouldn't be open again for the rest of our stay.

Just coming here to quickly say - BEST SUSHI BURRITO! Really loved the food truck market at Prost Mississippi and we tried a little something from all 5 trucks during our trip...but the best thing hands-down was the roll. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit hesitant on the idea of sushi from a food truck, but I ended up being overly pleased. I asked for their best recommendation which was the Mt Fuji Sushiritto - it was huge, super fresh, very fairly priced, and paired great with the local beer line up from the Boozy truck. 10/10
Just the most wonderful sushi burritos. Highly recommended. The black widow is unbelievable.

This is a pretty regular stop for a sushi burrito, which we love, and has been for years. You very well will have issues parking, but anyone familiar with the area will know that, first timers here is your heads up. Notes lately the hours online don't match the actual window hours, which recently caused an unexpected wait. They also don't seem terribly thrilled to be serving. We keep going back though!

I was in a hurry and sushi burritos seemed like a good togo food. I wasn't expecting much, but these exceeded expectations. Tasty fish and the flavor additions (jalapeno, crunchy onions) were delicious and not overwhelming. Thumbs up.

The fish is definitely fresh and every time I went there the portions were huge. However, please please please marinate the fish because even with the soy sauce it tastes flavorless. Other than that it's the only reason why 4 stars and not 5 :)
