We went to this side of town looking for another place and it was closed so we looked up Thai Bungalow and decided to try it based on the reviews! I ordered: Pad Thai, Tum Kha soup, fried veggie rolls, & yellow curry. Let me just say it is the best Thai food I have had and I've had a lot! The flavors were amazing all across, everything was hot and delicious! The spicy is actually spicy so be careful with that but overall just so so good must try place!

OK---- yup. Pad See Ew (veggie) holy flippin yum. Flavor, full of good toppings, $9, no seating but this is the place to go to for take out. No questions bout it.

My favorite Thai food. Best Tom kha soup. Always consistent, fast, delicious! Super sweet people.

Ordered delivery on a Monday night. Food arrived quickly, piping hot, & delicious. Seemed to have more protein (in this case, tofu) in the dishes (green curry & a yakisoba noodle dish) than other restaurants offer. Absolutely delicious! & very reasonably priced. Will order again.

Loved it. Good portions, flavor, prices. Service also great. I got the pad Thai at heat level 4:5 and it was perfection. Just enough heat. I admit that I hardly order Pad Thai but for some reason I got it here and will DEFINITELY order it from here again. Unique and delicous!!

Wow! One of the best Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodle) I’ve ever had! Possibly the best! Perfectly cooked and flavored wide noodles—the kind of comforting mouthfeel you want when craving this dish. Impressively fresh and generous ingredients (egg, bamboo shoot, basil, tofu, aromatic spices). Really well balanced flavor. Tastes and feels healthy, not too greasy. I may have to come back tomorrow to try more dishes. Vegan and Traditional options available ?? The Thai Coffee was also really good (and I’m very picky about Thai u0026 Viet coffees) Also, the cook was very nice and professional and you could tell he cares about and enjoys cooking these dishes. That makes eating this food even more enjoyable for me. It feels good to support this business :) hope to see it get more positive online reviews!

Thai bungalow has to be the best Thai food I’ve ever had!! I got a vegetarian pad kee mao and all the ingredients were super fresh and was so generous with the veggies. The Thai tea was also the best as it wasn’t super sweet;it was just right!! The wontons were also cooked right in front of me so that just goes to show how great this place really is. This cart will exceed your expectations for sure!

Super tasty!! Ordered via Postmates and am very impressed. Can't wait to eat here again soon! Yakisoba & the steamed house buns were spectacular.

Out of the ~20 Thai food carts that I have tried in Portland, this is my new favorite. Very friendly service, great value for the price, and fresh, tasty ingredients. We're thrilled to have this cart in our new neighborhood!

This is my very favorite Thai food in Portland. I pick up food from here almost weekly- It's spicy, delicious, always perfectly cooked, and the chef/worker is so kind! Also, super cheap for great quality. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. It's truly a hidden gem. (For reference I most often get pad kee mao, yellow curry, pad see ew 4/5 spice level and salad rolls)

the service is super slow you will wait around 30 minutes for your meal. and be careful with the hygiene of this place you can look inside through its windows and you will vomit how dirty the place is

Fast, greasy, sweet, and not that great. Edible for a few bites but that's it. We won't be coming back. I got tofu drunken noodles. Hubby got the chicken "fried rice" which ends up being white rice and chicken.
