I understand that Jantzen Beach location isn't in the greatest neighborhood, but I was treated like i was trash just because i showed up on a bike wearing a big backpack. I'm not dirty, my clothes are in good condition, and yet the older female manager didn't even attempt to hide her contempt for me as she rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for a table for one. my server, Josh, then initiated our interactions by more or less accusing me of dine and dashing them.. and I've never eaten at this Denny's before. his next question is, "I gotta ask, do you have the money to pay for your food?" I was polite and just assumed him that I did and I sat patiently for at least 15 minutes waiting for my drink and then again for another half an hour waiting for my check. I don't usually post this kind of stuff, but I went in for food like everyone else and got treated as though i was sub human. easy to say i won't be going back. (side note: shocker! I paid for my food... and tipped. not well, granted, but who would in that situation?)
