My fiancée and I have been loyal customers here for over a year, probably more than 100 orders. We kept coming back because when the food was made right, it was great. But over time the consistency kept dropping. Some bowls came perfect, others missing ingredients or completely unbalanced.
Our last order had about five tablespoons of peanut butter in one oatmeal bowl. The day prior ordering that same bowl, it came completely differently. I emailed politely to let them know, thinking they would appreciate feedback from long-time customers. Instead, the owner replied with the message in the screenshot, blaming us for hurting their app rankings and telling us to order elsewhere.
(Which were reviews for clear mistakes, like bowls missing eggs or other paid add ons that cost between $2-$6 )
That response says everything. We were not rude or demanding, just supportive customers who cared enough to speak up. If this is how they handle honest feedback, it is disappointing. We wanted them to succeed, but professionalism clearly is not a priority here.

I order here almost daily, the consistency is lacking. Some days its good, some days the food is overly soggy and not appetizing...Love that its healthy though. I typically order the grain bowls.

This was my first time in, and I enjoyed the food. I had a bowl with wild salmon in it, and the fish tasted fresh and was cooked well. I also had a green juice which was delicious (not over or under sweet, just right!). I very much appreciate all of the clean, high-quality ingredients, prompt and friendly service, and beautiful open space of the restaurant. My only critique is that the food could be seasoned more - the flavors donât quite pop. The house-made red bell pepper sauce is tasty, but not flavorful enough to carry the dish. If the ingredients had more seasoning and/or if there were more fresh herbs used, I think it would go along way. The presentation also leaves a bit to be desired. Overall great quality for the relatively inexpensive cost (especially considering the ingredients). Will be back to try more!

Really disappointing. Bought two $10 smoothies - they were both extremely watery and the Always Raining just tasted like straight maple syrup. For the price point I expect much higher quality smoothies that are actually thick and flavorful with the ingredients you pay for. Not water.
First time, wow! Freshly made juice was awesome. Store very clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Will be back, thank you!!

Nice spot in Portland with very healthy food options, they serve fruit/grain bowls and protein bowls as well as smoothies and likely other items. Has a juice bar vibe and is in a good looking neighborhood. The workers are very friendly and welcoming

Was so excited to get a smoothie here due to the healthy ingredients and it being a juice and smoothie spot. The smoothie was one of the worst Iâve ever gotten. Little flavor, practically room temp and incredibly watery. It wasnât thick or smoothie like at all, very confused how a smoothie place makes such bad smoothie. Go somewhere else

The celery is a really a great place. They have very fresh, delicious food. I really like the salmon bowls. The smoothies are really great. I like the two smoothies that have peanut butter in it. One of them is the brain freeze.
I usually get the tree run or the up river The people here are very friendly that work here and theyâre very accommodating which I appreciate. Itâs a very nice place to sit with big windows. The street parking is usually easy. Itâs located in a very safe neighborhood
I am from Los Angeles but every time I visit my family we always come here as this is my dadâs favorite restaurant

Visited The Celery for the first time. Had the Rain Shadow Bowl and it was super delicious! Flavors melded perfectly with a little kick. Also had the Out of Office juice, which provided tasty contrast. I know Iâll be craving these flavors again!
Atmosphere was functional but not cozy. I think a lot of folks get takeout from here. But the food is superb.

LOVE your mission and vibe!!! And so easy that it says right away, EVERYTHING is 100% organic! Wish more places would do this. Best thing ever to not worry about that or have to question. Delicious smoothies and juices! One suggestion, a little less ginger in the green smoothie but otherwise everything was wonderful. House made cashew milk, way to wow me!! Great job and fantastic drinks. Spacious and efficient place. Friendly and fast service.

My smoothie was fine but the staff was very unfriendly. The guy that was working barely greeted me when I came in and just had a bad attitude. Too cool to even smile. Why?! It's too bad as it's a cute place but I probably won't return because of my experience.
