Always a good time, never been felted yet.
Exceptional service, friendly staff, and hospitable environment for amateur players as well as experienced players.
If any of my friends asked me “where should I play poker in Portland?” I would recommend this card room.
As it goes with any casino or card house, you will encounter players who exhibit vitriol and anonymity when things don’t go their way. This is the nature of gambling. However, The Game Poker Club has curated a friendly and welcoming environment for players of any skill level.
The staff/dealers were capable of handling any situation that occurred during my time there, and encouraged player actions that kept the game running fluidly.
Overall, this poker room is a hidden gem in the Portland poker scene. If you are curious about poker, or looking for a regular and regulated game- look no further. The Game Poker Club is great!
Special shout out to Angie, Collin, and Robert! These are just a few of the staff members that made my experience so memorable.
This place is amazing! I've played in alot of poker rooms and this one has some amazing dealers. Good atmosphere and management. Way better than most casino run poker rooms.
This club has very good cards
First time in Portland, and I heard about this place. I was unsure what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised at the entire experience. When you walk in you pay a $20 buy-in fee to the game and there is no rake all night. Never seen this system before where the dealers work only for tips and the house gets no rake. There are a total of 7 tables. I was there on a Friday night and three of the tables were running pretty full. The dealers are friendly. The servers are very helpful, and overall a very good experience in Portland. Finding it was a little bit tough because it’s in a little alley but overall I would highly recommend this Poker Room in Portland.
Good atmosphere. Safe. Good action
No rake!! I love it
This guy that works here, who they call 'bronco' is one of the worse people you'll have the displeasure of crossing paths with. He's totally anti customer service, tells people he owns the place, has a huge ego, and is running this place out of business. bronco loves kicking out the few good customers they have. Chernobl is less toxic than he is. Don't waste your money here. Go anywhere else.
Really easy place. Paid 20$ to play but I had great hands and no callers so it was frustrating . One star off due to lighting. It was very difficult to see the flop from seat 8. It was kinda dead but it’s like a home poker room. Will return .
Great staff awesome spot to play cards. Definitely worth checking out

Great staff awesome spot to play cards. Definitely worth checking out
The players are better than me but sometimes I suck out. 5/5
Nice people and professional tables and dealers. Drink prices are a little high , but competitive. Great place for a smaller poker atmosphere
Nice staff, great dealers, had fun!
