The Heist is an absolute gem in Portland’s Woodstock neighborhood! The variety of food carts here is impressive, offering everything from delicious vegan bowls at P53 to Himalayan flavors from Namo Buddha. I tried the Mexi Bowl with a fresh strawberry lemonade, and it was a perfect blend of generous portions and fresh ingredients. The vibe is laid-back and inviting, with covered outdoor seating and friendly service. I loved the unique atmosphere, especially the old bank vault on-site—it adds a cool historic touch! Definitely a must-visit spot for great food and a fun experience!

Lots of. Ootiins.kid and dog friendly. Good cocktails available
Once the bank construction is done, and there is more seating, this place will be great. Food was great, good variety, and available beer, wine, and cocktails were nice.

The carts that were open had good food! It was disappointing that a few cats were closed. I'm glad we were at the opposite end of the carts from the band as they were really loud!

Just plain WOW...
.. WHAT a great food cart pod. Super popular local spot with almost 30 carts to choose from. Had an awesome Philly cheese steak sandwich. Will definitely go back.
Lots of carts to choose from. If you’re looking for dessert, I’d get the churro banana split at Don Bigote. Was awesome!

Dietary restrictions: There were options for vegans, vegetarians, pescetarians, gluten free options - of course it depends on which carts are open but there is a really great selection amongst them
Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid-friendly atmosphere, lots of happy families there with kids in strollers up through elementary school ages
Wheelchair accessibility: Most of it was wide enough for a wheelchair, you'd likely have trouble paying at windows on your own as it is too high up to reach and a lot of the seating is not wheelchair friendly but there were a tables that were. I cannot speak for the toilet arrangements.

Really enjoy this food cart and bar spot, one of my favorites in Portland. The Indian food cart and Himalayan cart kill it, it is hard to pick from anything else here! I love the spicy lamb tikka masala from the Indian food cart.
