This location is great ! Plenty of parking and a spacious seating area inside. The drive‑thru is consistently fast, and the service is always friendly, definitely better than Starbucks in both coffee quality and customer service. I’ve visited many times and would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5.

My partner and I came to the Human Bean this morning for a nice breakfast and a nice breakfast was indeed had. They have a very large selection of drinks for both coffee drinks and non coffee drinkers. My partner wanted a caffeinated drink but is not a fan of coffee, and so their selection of “Bright Energy Drinks” came in handy. He enjoyed a blended “Pool Side” which consisted of blue raspberry, coconut, and lime flavors. I enjoyed the caramel and hazelnut oat iced shaken espresso. We shared a delicious Asiago cheese bagel. This place has options for everyone, and a lovely atmosphere.

Been going to this place for about a month, i usually order an iced 12oz drink and just request it to be put in a 16 oz cup so it doesn't spill. Been requesting this with no issue every time. Kind of disappointed in who ever took my drive through order today and was wanting to charge me for asking for a bigger cup but mentioned if I add extra ice they won't charge me for the bigger cup...Logic doesn't make sense. I wasn't asking for a larger drink. Regardless drink was well made.
We went to this location 2x within 3 days during my visit to Portland and the drive-thru worker was fabulous! She remembered us from 2 days prior and provided wonderful customer service! Our drinks(chai with oat milk & cherry cold foam) were phenomenal!!! Hence why we went 2x in 3 days!! I would highly recommend this coffee shop and especially this location!
