I thought this neighborhood was saturated with tea options but this is the place I didn’t know I needed. The coconut lime jasmine tea (wingin it) is like a mocktail in th best way. So refreshing and perfect sweetness!

Service has been consistently friendly and quick both times I visited since they opened. This is a cute little stand offering to-go orders only, located at the corner of NE 15th Ave and Alberta St. There’s a bus stop right in front and free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Good but expensive for what it is. You can't customize the regular drinks and the customizable menu doesn't have all the ingredients as options. The people here were so nice and I liked the creativity of the drinks!
