The person working here was so friendly! They were, unfortunately, out of most of mac and cheese options and only had their OG Mac and Cheese left when we got there. However, this is by far the best mac and cheese I've had in Portland, aside from a different mac and cheese cart that has closed because of COVID. I will be very excited if they decide to set up a more permanent location here, as they can expect me to come back for more!
